    I love Fletch point rewards for purchases. There are some problems at times when points are to be awarded. However, they do have actual people for customer care which is a win these days.

    It's nice because I earned points for a 50 dollar gift card pretty quick, and I'm halfway to another fifty dollar card at about the same pace so there's nothing wrong with this app. I do play games for points especially when there's bonuses on game progress

    I have been using the Fetch app for over 5 years. The first 4 years were great! This last year has been disappointing. Activating Shop Offers, but not receiving the points offered. I typically have to contact them to have the points awarded. I always check the exclusions as I understand the offer may not apply to items I am purchasing. Within the last few weeks, I have noticed the list of exclusions is no longer listed for ***** ****. This seems unfair to the consumer. Perhaps the list has been relocated. If so, I would like to be able to access it.

    If this is the case, then I have not received points for at least another 8 orders for grocery items in the last two months. The Shop Offers were 3,000 points each. I would be happy to provide dates and order numbers from ***** ****. I reached out to Fetch with minimal resolution.
