    It is legit. I have gotten multiple ******* gift cards by playing games and putting receipts. Customer support was fast to attend my concern. They constantly have offers and promotions that are of great value.

    Fun receipt app! Best one out there the only downside is only being able to scan 35 receipts a week but I understand why there is a limit

    I reached out to Fetch customer service after 11pm on Saturday night regarding missing payment points on my account that I qualified for. Erica resolved the issue for me in less than 24 hours later…before the weekend was even over!!! My experience with Fetch Customer Service was great! I love this app!!! It’s a fun way to make some money on things I’m already buying!

    I am STILL waiting for a $25 gift card which was redeemed on May 13 2025 for 1649 pts Been trying to resolve with NO results, even sending them proof. Still getting the runaround and excuses.At first I thought this Fetch rewards was legit

    I’ve been using Fetch, grinding to earn points, and today I thought I finally hit big—I won a sweepstakes for 200,000 points. I was so excited… until I went to redeem a gift card and suddenly it was “cancelled.” When I reached out, customer service told me it was just a glitch and tossed me 250 points as a “sorry.” What a joke. If it was their glitch, they should’ve honored it. Building points on this app is NOT easy, and I kept at it anyway. But after this? Count me out. ??? Fetch just lost a customer.

    I had 7 000 points. Then I had an email stating they put 200k in my account. I checked it out and it was there. I saw it was from the sweepstakes I must have entered. I spent 5,000 of my points for switch 2 sweepstakes for 100 entries. Then later they took away the 200k leaving me at 2077 points. I contacted them about it and they said it was a mistake and only gave me 250 points. I want my 5000 points back. I want to be compensated for their mistake, their mistake is what influenced me to enter the drawing. I want out and points returned. In the future, beware of any sweepstakes points they give you. Do mot spend any. You will not get them back if you earn them than winning them. But everything else. App has been good and customer service but not this time for their sweepstakes. No point reimbursement for their mistake. I can't even cancel my sweepstakes to get my points back.

    Excellent app to earn gift cards. Fun as well. You can play games to earn points, trade those points in for something. I've already cashed in twice.
