            Date & cost of transactions:6/30: Atreyu $54.25 7/24: From Ashes to New: $85.11 Nature of Dispute:8/16: Request for refund for both concerts due to changes in COVID regulations first to the business. Forced passport verification or forced Negative COVID test 72 hr prior to event 8/17: ************************** is now enforcing mandatory mask mandate. Due to a health condition, I am unable to wear a mask for long periods of time. Resolution: 8/16/21: An email from ******************************* has shared the only way I could get my money back was to contract COVID and test positive for it then provide the company my results. I did send a follow up email asking for a second round of resolution which went ignored. I did attempted to receive a response from both ******* and the main FPC email address with no additional contact/ or resolution.8/17/21: I did talk to an extremely rude employee on the phone ****** who provided me a scripted reply and would not let me talk/interrupting me.

            This is just a customer service review. First off, bands, you can do better and there are way better promoters in the Madison area. This is a complete "pay to play" promoter, and one that doesn't really care about people going to a show or the band, as much as how many ch money is he going to make, (name of the game I know, but still respect your concert goers and bands playing them.) Now the customer service review, it's terrible. I've written these people with multiple questions regarding shows, COVID, different regulations, and guess what? The only answer received was none. Not one reply, come to find out Frank Productions doesn't write, "nobodies" back. As mentioned, waaay better promoters that take care of the bands.
