    I took him a brand new stainless steel model, a grill to have copper plated which she looked at and examined and said that it was a really good stainless grill, and he would be happy to do the project approximately six weeks later he called me and told me it was a piece of ****, and he couldnt get the copper plating to stick on it. I went up to have a discussion with him at that time he wanted me to buy a new grill and he would do it again. I expressed my concern that I would spend another $400 on a grill and he would just s**** it up again. He snatched the grill back for me, and said to leave his shop that he would make it right fast forward about another three months and he called me and told me the grill was done and that I owed him $277 and I should come and pick up my grill when I went to pick it up. It looked terrible. There was all kinds of spots that had no copper plating on them. It was dull rough and in no way was going to be the $1000 grill that I expected I had a conversation with him and told him that if he did not make this right, I was going to take him to court. He told me he would do it again fast forward about another three months and I still have no grill. He has had this project for approximately 10 months now I either want a nice finished grill or I would like my $700 back if he cannot satisfy me by December 1 I will be filing the small claims court paperwork.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
    It has been roughly 9 months since this part was originally supposed to be done while I can except that people have issues he shouldve resolved this immediately. I should not wait another 10 months and still have no I own my own business and if I had a problem with a customer, I would resolve it as soon as possible. Not make them wait 10 months and still have no part. I will give him until December 8 to have this issue resolved or I will be filing paperwork to settle this dispute in court
