      On March 18 2023, my husband and i went to Lomira Auto in Lomira and had to drive to the Neenah Lot, because the Lomira Lot didn't have any SUV's for sale, so the salesman told us to go to the North store to look at the suv's there. So our next trip was up to the North store and look at the suv's there. We saw 2 suv's a red one and a white one. Then a week later, we went back up there again and the 2 suv's were sold. The salesperson up at the Neenah lot had us fill out paperwork and paid $400.00 to hold the new suv that we test drove and like it. We told Brad that my husband iisn't working and that he is on disablilty. Then on March 29, I had called the service department in Lomira about the vehicle running lound and then it didn't start up at all. Bill and said to me that I should check the oil and put more oil in if it needs it and then call back. Then my husband went out to start the suv, and then when it did start it run, the message said Power Reduced. Then March 30, I had called back to the Lomira Lot and talked to Ken about the suv. Ken had told me the timing chain guide was broken. I mentioned to him that i'm not paying for this fixed since i only had the vehicle for less than 3 days. Also, in between that time, i also put another 2,300 dollars down on the vehicle. So all together, we had put $2,594.00. Then,we had to fill out new paperwork , without my husband's second job on there and we are still waiting for the funding to come in from Westlake financial Services in CA. I have called numerous time to fine out where the vehicle is and to get my items back, and they have refused to even tell me where the vehicle is at to get my items back and my money back. What should i do?

      October '22 bought a 2015 F150. November 28, I took the truck back in because of an oil leak. Left turbo charger was junk. Estimate of $1,541.02, we had put 1,035 miles on it in that month. Service Manager & owner of the dealership agreed to graciously cover the cost. During 1st month, realized that the gas milage was terrible, 13-15 mpg, pulling a trailer dropped it to 10 mpg. With research, hoped replacing turbo would improve it. There was some improvement but not consistent. A rattle noise wasn't gone. Feb 10th truck went back because there was a loud, rattle, whistle noise coming from the same location as the turbo, also small leak. Manifold stud busted off on the left hand side. Metal gasket rattled under load. Minimum cost to replace $662.24 labor plus parts min $200. Truck taken to Mishicot Auto for a second opinion. There were two studs busted off, manifold & gasket, junk. Cost $627 labor, $310 parts. Left front wheel bearing/hub assembly, junk, $280.96 parts Vacuum hub & seal, junk. $149 parts, $132 for labor on both repairs. Bolts and a clamp between turbo and exhaust manifold were not tighten down properly by the mechanic at Lomira. $1600 worth of needed repairs. Mishicot fixed it. I lost trust & respect for Lomira Auto. I went back to the salesman we worked with at Lomira. He said he understood my frustrations and felt responsible for the fact that he had customers that were unhappy with their purchase. He had a discussion with the owner & Service Mng. All they would offer was an employee cost on an extended warranty plan. I asked what that would be, he didn't know. He also offered to work with us on a trade. He stated that between the Service Mng & the owner, they felt they had gone above & beyond what they needed to do to satisfy us. Their mechanic didn't see an obvious problem when the truck was already on the hoist. Failed to properly put the truck back together. Whether that was with the first repair or when they looked at it for a second time?!

      I bought a car from them and within 17 days it was in the shop for many issues. I tried contacting the company they wouldn’t call me back about anything. Worst customer service I would recommend not to do service with them. They do not stand behind there sales.

      Horrible customer service, even worse management, and seriously bad place to do business with. Any kind of negative issue, the business puts it onto the customers shoulders. Do not do business here
