Found ad on ******** marketplace about pallet Liquidation Depot in ******* WI. Joined group to check out information and reviews of company. They sell pallets and boxes of Amazon returns, ****** returns, **** returned mail. They state that all merchandise has not been gone through (aka cherry picked") unopened packages and boxes. That all boxes are from 3rd parties. We purchased 9 various boxes. They require cash payment. We got home and every box has been gone through, all items were garbage, unsellable, unusable and items couldn't even be donated. We received open packages, or packages that had been taped in a ball. One item reeked of urine, many items broken or missing parts, outdated calendars, 2024 graduation decorations, even a empty box. Filthy clothes, purple 4x bloomers unbagged, old phone cases, fabric toilet seat cover reeking of urine all simply garbage items from trash. This is definitely false advertising and unethical. Business cards at front desk only have owners first name **** on them. I left a bad review on ******** about my experience which was immediately removed and kicked out of the group. Other unsatisfied customers also stated their negative reviews were also removed. I feel that Pallette Liquidation Depot in Oshkosh is false advertising about the items in the pallets and boxes they sell and are completely ripping consumers off by taking their money and giving them garbage items. If you look at others negative reviews on ****** or ******** they had the same experience. This company is unethical and should be held accountable for fraudulently describing the products they sell and how they are managed. Please investigate Pallette Liquidation Depot in ******* and you will realize that they are using false advertising and people are being scammed.
