    There phone number is no longer active, nor responding to written emails to personnel listed in the website.This company must remove their website and inform consumers they are no longer providing services.

    On 9/22/22 My Wife *************************, ordered a ************************** **** and ***** charged on her credit card $1,277.42 order#**** for my birthday . There was a 12/14 backorder but J&S jack,LLC took the money on 9/22/22. My wife passed away on 11/19/22. I called J&S jacks to check on the order and left a message, no return call, sent emails no reply. *********** ,no reply , no refund. I'm not the only person with this problem of no product. J&S took the money an ran. Their web site is still up but phone is no longer in service. 58 customers are out the purchase money. This company is misleading customers and taking their money. Please Note I have the Credit Charge papers, and order confirmation/payment but it would not load. I can mail it to you once I get a complaint number. SORRY

    On April 14, 2022 I placed an order for a motorcycle ***** I received the motorcycle **** but not the oil pan that was included with the purchase. I also did not receive a military discount. The order #****. The company has gone out of business. This is the *** tracking number that I received 1zy8591f0390623584. The other tracking number that I did not receive is 1zy8591f0390061593. I am only requesting that I receive the oil pan or compensation for the oil pan.

    I ordered a **** from this company December 12th 2022. Now I can see they are closed . So guess Im just SOL for my money ?

    On 8/22/23 I payed $849.26 online for a motorcycle ***** and have not received my product. No answers to phone messages left. Phone is now not in working order and a note was place in the building window no longer at this location.

    Motorcycle Jacks were ordered Oct 29, 2022. Order confirmation by email. Orde3er 3 is ****. Nothing has been received. Phone number on website is not in service. Email sent to address on confirmation email was never replied to. No response to the contact me option on the website. Our CC was charged and paid to J&S Jacks. Documentation can be provided. Numerous attempts to contact J&S Jacks have been made to no avail. The last post on the ** Page was Nov 2022. I messaged them thru ** as well. No response.

    I placed order on 10/27/22 (order # ****) in the amount of $913.56.Tried contacting them on a few occasions, never heard back. Now I see that their shop is listed as permanently closed. The wed site is still up but the phone has been disconnected.

    Same as everyone else. Ordered jack ***** on oct 29 2022 for $933.43 Was told 12 - 14 *********** now 22 weeks with no ***** I've emailed and called dozens of times, no answer to calls or emails. Now I just want my money back but it doesn't look very hopeful...

    Ordered a **** 5/20/2022 for 904.30.Received the **** and its missing parts that I paid for and parts for the **** ******* The bottle for the **** appears to be used and possibly a return. I have emailed them and called numerous times with no response. The voicemail box was full and now the phone is disconnected. They state satisfaction guarantee, sending me pieces without all the parts are useless and I want them to refund my money at this point. I cant even do that because they will not return my emails and when there phone was connected they wouldnt return it either.

    Made a purchase. On December 6 2022. Never received merchandise. $894.25. I see now that they are closed. Looks like web site still up. People may still be placing orders. I saw people made orders before me and after. No one received product.
