"I received a quote of $2,700 to reroof my back porch, and he let me know they would need to replace some of the plywood and that would be an additional $55 a sheet, so I did expect some overage. The roofers showed up on 5/2 but didn’t complete the job (soffit and facia) and left scraps and sheet metal all over the yard and had obviously not run a magnet around the yard because I picked up a ton of nails, debris etc." ...
