So I requested to skip my next payment, and a rep named **************** who was rude and disrespectful said that I have already skip 3 payments and this was the last time I can do so.So the rep repeatly said it's not his problem I am in hardship and he didn't care. He also called me the * word and said it was my fault I was poor and I needed to get a job, even though I have a full time job. Z Funds has bad reviews online and I can see why. ***** talks to anyone in this manner and I am disgusted but not surprised considering Z Funds reputation of poor customer service. ********************** is a bad company to get a loan from and I regret doing any kind of business with them. They don't try to work with you. They just want their money. So I told the rep to revoke my ACH authorization and I want to settle this for a lower amount. This company needs to learn to show respect and compassion when it comes to customers who want to pay a different amount or in financial hardship. This company is trash unfournately and it's sad that they started off good,but they lack any kind of empathy whatsoever. They also lack common sense and brain cells. Just when I think they have no brain cells, they prove me right each time I contact them.
