I was interested in information about a small loan and costs. THAT IS ALL. I noticed money in my account and looked further at small print that I had to contact THEM to NOT receive money?!. Its an astronomical interest rate for a $600 (never would have agreed to such a preposterous thing!). I would be willing to pay the $600 (that even seems really wrong). ***************** that is scamming people in a criminal fashion and uses tribal law to escape prosecution.

I never signed an agreement to receive this loan. Funds were deposited into my account, without consent. I received emails from this company requesting that I sign an agreement, and I did not. I didn't want this loan. They said I requested $600 and provided a contract that I never signed or agreed to.

I was looking for a small personal loan. I was contacted many times via phone call, text message, etc. I blocked them because I wasn't interested in what they had to say. The next day money appears in my account from them. I never signed any kind of loan agreement, never even spoke with anyone. I will repay the money they deposited but on my terms, not on their terms. I am now receiving constant voicemails and emails (since I blocked them from my phone, I don't even know they have called) with ridiculous threats. I just don't want them to contact me any longer.

I noticed a few days ago that a National Small Loan had withdrawn $94.85 directly from my checking account three times. Then on 2/14/2023, I received an email from that for an upcoming payment of $94.85 on 2/16/2023. I immediately contacted National Small Loan for more information since I did not remember ever applying for a loan with them. They told me that I had sourced the loan with them and it was given to me on 12/19/2022. Thereafter, I asked them to send me the documentation that I did source this loan, and that once I receive the documentation, I will pay off the entire loan immediately. You can see that from the attached documentation that National Small Loan has been giving me the run around since. All I want from National Small Loan is documentation that I am the one who took out this loan and I will pay them the entire amount of the loan immediately.

I received a text message on 12/20/22 stating that I have been approved for a $600 loan and that the funds are available in my account. So I checked my account and the funds were there. The only communication I received thereafter was an email reminder for an automatic payment of $175.91 every 2 weeks. I NEVER signed anything or received any communication about a payment schedule. So today 2/17/23 I decided to log on to an account to check the balance since I would have made 4 payments as of today. To my surprise, the payment schedule was set up for the duration of 8 months ( over $2000 worth of payments). I would have NEVER agreed to sign up for such a loan. This company is a scam because they never had me sign anything that would agree with such a costly loan for $600. Where is the application? My information received fraudulently.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

First of all, the entire (next to last paragraph) is entirely false. No one has contacted me with the information stated. Efforts to collect have not ceased. I just received a text message this morning.

Secondly, communication is not easy. I am told all reps are busy. There is no way for me to continue to hold once the phone is answered, so I have to hang up and re dial. I do not TRUST them to return the call at this point.

No one has contacted me except to tell me to send another detailed email to inform of the issue and include my DOB and phone number.

No one from National Small Loan has contacted me at all. So that portion of the response is a LIE!

The company is still sending me text to collect payment; see attachment. So that portion of the response letter is also a LIE!

The "investigation" of my complaint should have been completed by now, but I wouldn't know because NO ONE has contacted me and it is difficult to get a rep on the line. Someone needs to call me.

    No resolution. No settlement.

The borrower complains that they were improperly issued a loan with the Company. As a
precautionary measure, the Company has since ceased all collection activity on the borrowers
account and is conducting an investigation related to the borrowers concerns. The Company has
contacted the borrower to inform them of this, assure that their concerns are being investigated,
and provide a phone number and email address which they can contact for further information.
Once the Company completes its investigation, it will reach out personally to the borrower to
    resolve any outstanding issues.
We would be happy to discuss these issues further on a government-to-government basis,
but, again, please be advised that nothing in this communication should be construed as a waiver
of the Tribes or the Companys sovereign immunity, all of which are expressly preserved. Please

I received money in my account from them but did not agree to a loan. I have made several attempts to reach them by phone and email. One email says they would pull their money back. But they have failed to do so and I feel like they are dragging a loan out that I didnt want or approve. When I talk to them on the phone, the lady says she is an answering service only and can t reach them by phone. Email only. I believe this is a scam service.
