    I requested a loan and was not in formed that it was gonna cost ***** to get a 600 dollar loan I called back and asked to have it canceled the guy on the phone said no problem and now there is the money in my account can I send it back to you guys or what do I need to get my lawer involved because I'm sure this is a scam I was assured that the contract had been canceled please contact me ************

    I had a loan with Northern Star Lending. They gave me account# ************. I missed payments and they wanted to do a voluntary wage assignment. I revoked this by writing a letter and mailing a copy and by emailing it to the email address provider of *********************************** I was able to work out a monthly payment plan of $50.00 per month. Originally, they were taking $80.00 -every two weeks. Payments have been coming out of my bank account every month since October 2023. I called *********** today, 05/30/25, to get a balance and the representative was unable to find my account at all. He looked by my name, the account number they gave me, the last 4 digits of my social security number, my old and new phone numbers, the last 4 of my bank account where the money is being drawn from and he could not find my account anywhere!!! They have been taking payments monthly and the last $50.00 payment was taken from my bank account on 05/15/25!! I told the representative that I revoked any and all ACH authorizations after he said that, but he wasn't able to note an account since he couldn't find one. I emailed ********************************** with my info and also revoked my ACH authorizations! I want them to close any account they may have against me.

    I applied for a loan, they approved me for a meager $300 with an insane interest rate. It was fine because I planned on paying it back right away, just needed it for an emergency. They had me sign a literal contract, made me enter in all of my banking information AND my debit card info and then after I did all of that they denied my loan for no reason and didnt even tell me. I had to ask them why my money hadnt been deposited. I turned down other loans for this one and now I have nothing and they have all of my banking information which is weird to ask for and then deny me. I feel like they have this as a front to steal peoples information. I want the loan that I signed a contract for which is legally binding, just as it would have been if I didnt hold up my end of the deal.

    I received the adverse action notice, all it says is that my application was incomplete. I wasnt ever given the opportunity to provide any other info AND again as stated I had already signed the contract and given you ALL my banking info so not sure what more you wanted. At this point I think Im being discriminated against.

    I took out this loan in September of 2024 due to losing my place of living. I took a 250 dollar loan out which I never received a single email of confirmation or any information on the agreements. I was told i could pay off the loan early and only being charged ***** a month. They have been charging my account twice every month since then. The company called me yesterday saying they couldnt receive my payments due to my account being overdrawn after I had lost my job on the second of February 2025. But when looking at my bank statements they had still been taking the money and I was being charged for over draft fees as well. Was told I could pay off my loan for a flat rate of $570. They have already taken over $800 out of my account and when I request the application I had signed all they sent me was a email regarding the payment plans. And upon talking more with the representative after 45 minutes was informed the interest rate was %770 which I would have never agreed to sign a loan for that little amount of money. And have no proof I agreed to the loan and have still yet to receive an email that shows I did sign

    I applied for a loan and wanted to know about early pay off I contact there chat online the lady ***** told me I had to sign the document to get repayment information and then finally approve the loan, this was an absolute lie to trick consumers into taking loans from this company I have this all screen shotted ***** also refused to cancel the loan and give me a manager or resolution department she provided a email and a phone number that went straight to voicemail I also filed with the department of financial protection in the state of California as well for this clear lies told to gain trust

    I knew it was a high interest loan when I took it but I needed the money. However I am ready to pay it off and they would let me pay it off and stop my auto-payments. They mentioned there is no penalty for early pay-ff but with calls and emails this doesn't seem possible.

    I took out a loan 750 and have paid over 800 and was told I still have over 1000 dollars to pay. I have not been sent any invoices, I can't go to a website and sometimes I can't get anyone on the phone I was told into email for customer support. I am very unsatisfied and feel like I have been scammed. The interest rate is well over 100% and I feel like I'm am going under!

    I have used this company a few times this past year and they have been charging me over 770% interest rate and comes to find out after talking with my uncle who works at a nationwide lawyers office he informed me that this is illegal in *************. He told me that they cannot charge me a high interest rate while I reside in **. I have had to use them for emergency funds for my mother's medicine she needs to keep her alive. This company preys on the vulnerable and I hope we can come to a compromise before I take legal action and write reviews wherever I can. Thank you .

    Tribal laws do not trump state laws. I have spoken with a lawyer and this loan and all my other loans I have gotten from Northern Star Lending  is illegal in the state of NH. I am will to pay back my principle minus all the illegal high interest rate that I have paid in the past. I would need that in writing to proceed.  Please let me know if this is something we can settle without being named in the class action lawsuit my uncles nationwide lawfirm is about to file. My mother is in desperate need of her medication and this is why I have needed these loans. I have run out of things to pawn and I would like to just pay back the principle minus the illegal interest you guys have collected from me.

    06/03/2024- loan amount of $1325 As of 07/11/2024 I have made five $201 payments totaling $1005.I was informed by a Northern Star Lending representative when I called to see how much remaining balance was left so I could pay off early. Was told my current balance was $1375. I asked the representative why my $1005 was not applied and he did not want to answer. He finally told me $30 has went to the balance out of the $1005 I paid. He then offered to cut my loan fees by 50% which I found a big red flag, after I told him the allocation amount wasnt listed on the contract. So he offered to cut my Loan fees by 50% and find a more affordable payment plan but never offered paying off early as an option.
