Purchase date - ********************** price - $10400 Business committed - installation of front bay window nature of dispute - installation of window is defective. Window leaks in two places.Resolution attempted - brought ****** McGonegle to the house to see the leaking windows. He stated that sometimes when windows are installed things happened and it is the roof leaking. He said there was nothing he could do. Called again and he brought out his installer. they said there was nothing they could do. ****** said he would return my money if ******* said it was defective. ******* confirmed that the window was not measured correctly and is leaking. ****** did not honor his statement. Now the window is leaking in another spot.Account - I have the invoice for the installation and the payment of the window.Business response

I have responded many times to her request. Customer will not take my opinion on where her leak is coming from, which I believe is her roof. She only gets a leak which to my knowledge happened once, during a wind storm which I believe lifted her shingles and water got behind. She has not called me this year but if she contacted you it might have happened in one of the wind storms we had in April. The window is under a 2 ft overhang and if the window leaked water it would do every rain.Initial Complaint

We are waiting for the factory rep to come to town he only comes every 6-8 weeks. Customer is very impatient and I told him over and over he is on the schedule when he comes but he wanted done next day which is impossible. This is a manufacturing defect.Customer response
