I hired ***** at Pollard tree Industries you do some rebrick work for me around my flower beds, upon *****'s quote he quoted all the flower beds in my yard back front and up the sidewalk. I also had ***** do some tree work for me. Everything was completed except for the two flower beds next to the sidewalk coming in the back gate, and ***** said he would be out did you do those in a few days because he had a big job he had to get done! I called ***** back and then he told me that those two flower beds weren't included in the initial quote which he never gave me a contract for but he was supposed to bring a contractor never did and he already started the job. I have all the text messages between ***** and I are about those two flower beds and he said he would do them and he still has not done them. It took me 4 weeks to get ***** to come out here and trim some brown stuff out of a tree that he also quoted. It seems like he's always going to do things next week and never does. I am a senior citizen and I am disabled only by walking, and ***** seems to think I have dementia and I don't know what he says! I feel like ***** has taken complete advantage of me and I have all the texts to prove it oh, he told me via text he was going to come back out here and do those two flower beds next to the sidewalk I never did do them he came out and put bricks next to my house but never completed the work. I feel like he is taking total advantage of me and I'm tired of it! Just because I am a Senior & Disabled doesn't mean that I have dementia and don't know what people tell me that they are going to do! I feel that ***** is taking advantage of my disability and saying things to get more money but like I said I have it in text that he said that he will come out here and do those two flower beds and he even came and put the Brick by the house but still has not finished the job and it has been well over 3 months since he started the job. Like I said I have everything in a text message him saying that he would do this at no extra cost and I want it done.
