    Steve and his crew did a GREAT job remodeling our bathroom. They removed our old bathtub and replaced it with a walk-in shower, replaced the floor and added a beautiful backsplash. They were on time, courteous and respectful of our home throughout the process. We love our new bathroom and would highly recommend Attention To Detail for any home improvement project.

    I was told workers would show up about 8:30. Actual times were between 10;00 till noon. took a week and half to remodel a bathroom. Average time per day was about 3 to 4 hours. They were good at cleaning up at the beginning, but slowly got worse. They did not mask between wall and ceiling when painting causing overlap which they had to spend a day fixing. I feel if they would have stayed on the job most of the day they would have been done in 2 to 3 days instead of coming late or leaving early to do other jobs. Not quite as professional or detailed as expected.

    *******, why are you trying to damage our reputation based not on the quality of our work, but the fact that YOU don't THINK we put in enough hours or did the project as quickly as you expected?? Just for the record, our employees put it 89 hours on your project during that "week and a 1/2", which doesn't include my hours or *********'s, which as salary employees are not tracked. It also doesn't include the hours spent picking up the materials you purchased for your job because you had no way to transport them yourself (which I did for free, and stored them as well). The hours that you see at your home do not include the time it takes to pick up materials from the store, load trucks, unload trucks, and work performed at the shop in preparation for your job. There are also times when we are unable to be working at your job, such as when construction adhesive, drywall mud or paint is drying. We tried our best to make you happy and we hope you enjoy your bathroom for many years to come. I do appreciate that you apologized to our employee about the way your wife spoke to him the last day he was there. It's really not fair to write disparaging reviews when you don't have all the facts. Best of luck with your next contractor.

    Just had our powder room turned into a beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower for my husband who is somewhat disabled. The workmanship is very professional and met all our expectations. The the name of the company is very fitting. Very pleased!
