Signed contract for fence installation 10/26/23. Down payment $4,000. Installed 11/16/23, completed on 11/17/23. Unsupervised. We paid $6,175 was $125 below the contract price due to fence change. Was supposed to be board on ****** on both sides, but the one side ended up being dog ear. He said he would fix it but couldn't do it by the garage & said about the bushes being in the way which isn't the case since it would be on the outside. He should've been able to do it. Overall, the fence is uneven & not touching the ground like other fences are. Said it would lower in time. Fence on one side isn't against the neighbors like it should be. We've seen other fences that are in line, but this one is not. It is 8 inches in & we must worry about backing the car up that it might hit the ****************************** is out 6 inches, other side, we're not given room that there should've been. The boards & post on the gate are split & the pickets are uneven & we must use bungee cords to keep it closed as it opens by itself. The post (one is warped) that was cemented for gate wasn't smoothed out. Gate type never discussed but I asked. No response. They left large ************* of cement in the backyard. We only asked for dirt. Some parts of the fence are several inches above the ground. The workers came back out 11/20/23 & lowered the gate, but it no longer locks in the driveway hole. They made it board on ****** but not all the way & fixed part of it, still isn't low enough. Fed up dealing & working with him. Came out 11-17-23 to get pd. Messaged me 11/20/23 that he was going to come out on 11-20-23, 11/21/23, end of week & 11-28-23, said that he'll know more about it on 11/29/23 but never got back to us. Still waiting for him to come out & fix, replace, credit, clean up. He measured 167 ********** 20 ft. less. And more issues.
