May 16 2022 My husband and I brought our pup, Sydney, in to schedule a meet and greet. We were RUDELY/ HARSH talked to and taken back. I gave receptionist our pups shot record indicating she is up to date on all shots. Another women took the paper and said “ I DONT SEE BORTELLA ON HERE”- I said “ it’s on there” . She then looked again and said “ I see it “ Next I informed receptionist we had already fill out all computer paper work. Second women HARSHLY asked “ is she spade? She has to be to come here” . I said “ our Vet recommended we spade at One Year”- “ well sorry, was her response , can’t come here” We left wondering how this business will ever grow after being so verbally disrespected upon arriving . I understand rules and Regs , I don’t understand the harsh disrespect.

We would first like to mention that the very first thing you yelled at us when you walked in the door as we greeted you was, I CANT HEAR YOU, I AM HARD OF HEARING! So our apologies if you thought we were being harsh or rude because we needed to speak up so that you could hear us better. And yes, it is our policy that all dogs must be spayed or neutered at the age of 6 months in order to attend daycare with us, there are no exceptions to that rule. Also, I would just like to mention that when you had said that your vet clinic would not spay her until she was at least one year old, not only did we say that she could not be in daycare with us, but we also told you that even though your vet clinic wont spay her until she is a year old, that decision is ultimately up to you guys if you wanted to spay her at an earlier age and not the vet clinic's decision. I am sorry if you did not hear that part. Again, we would like to apologize for speaking up too loudly so that you could hear us better and it coming off as rude, harsh or disrespectful. We certainly didnt mean to offend you. -Owner
