DISHONEST PRICING. Do not go to this dealership expecting them to honor pricing on 3rd party websites. We called before driving 2 hours to confirm they honor ******** pricing and they confirmed that they do. When we got to the dealership the specific car we went to purchase was listed online but not for sale. They claimed that it was listed in error as it is a dealership loaner. The next car we were interested in, the 2025 Sorento in the pictures (Listed for ~$33k), we were at a price of $36k before tax, title and fees, but including the military and loyalty discounts. When we told them that we wanted them to honor the pricing they had online they said that they were. They told us that the remaining $3k was due to their graduate and lease rebate offers. I told them that I'd be willing to sign as a joint owner on the car as I'm a recent college grad. They came back with a price of $35,500. We were confused as we were still ~$2,200 over their ******** listing price. This means the lease rebate offer is worth about $2k, which has to be incorrect as a quick ****** search shows that it's only worth about $400. Don't bother asking how much the rebate offers are worth though as they will simply tell you that they varry day by day. These bait and switch tactics are EXTREMELY unethical and illegal. To reiterate please avoid this dealership at all cost.

The car the customer came in on was a loaner car and was out on loan. The customer did not qualify for the incentives and we were completly transparent. They should buy from their local dealer and not blame us for what they dont qualify for. The 2 hour drive is not our fault. Their geographical location has nothing to do with my pricing or location. A customer review should be for a customer. (someone that actually purchased a vehicle) This individual was very combative and hostile as soon as they showed up. Very rude to our staff because they drove 2 hours. Extreamly Unethical to act that way and not someone we are intrested in doing business with.

My father called the dealership to confirm the vehicle was still available to purchase prior to making the trip to purchase it. Additionally we confirmed they honor the listing prices of vehicles that are on 3rd party websites. This simply isn't the case considering the listing said the 2025 Kia ******* was listed on ******** for $33,187 and the fine print says this price includes the following discounts "...all applicable rebates. Not all customers will qualify.$2500 - KFA Dealer Choice Program: $2500 discount and 5.50% APR for 36 months." -Janesville Kia (Taken directly from ********). This discount total equates to a total of $2,500. The lowest price we were offered was $36,000 or $35,500 with a college grad discount, veterans discount AND a loyalty discount (we drove my dad's Kia ******** there). With all of these incentives considered we were still well over the listing price on ********. My father has a credit score of over 800 so I'm all but certain he would've qualified for the ***************** discount. We certainly were not rude when we arrived to the dealership. Our salesperson greeted us and I let him know we were speaking with (name redacted) and already filled our a credit report online to get the ball rolling. The salesperson had to locate the car we were there for but eventually told us that the car wasn't available (as you've stated yourself) which was annoying but we understood. We told your employee our must haves for the car we were looking for and decided to test drive the *******. He located the car and the test drive was wonderful. We had a great conversation with your employee that joined us for it. When we were told the *** price was $38,500 with all of the rebates applied we left. I eventually called the store back to make a counter offer ($37k with a toe hitch installed). We waited to hear back for about 40 minutes and decided to go back to the dealership to speak with our sales person as we figured he must have been busy. When my father entered the dealership our sales person told my dad the price he previously quoted was the best he could do and my dad ******* tell a customer not to shop at your dealership simply because it's a far drive is bewildering to me. A vehicle is a major purchase for most people and typically people will drive lengths to purchase a new car. I must say you don't have to worry about us visiting your dealerships in the future as this experience has been shockingly terrible. To have my character called into play simply because you run your business unethically is beyond words. Anyone can simply see you purchase positive ****** reviews to offset all the negative ones you receive (I saw the ****** review QR code on all the sales people's desks). Ethical dealers don't have over 4k reviews and a low 4 star rating.

Avoid this dealer at all costs if possible. Salesmen will lie and do whatever it takes to take your money. I told them no to absurd payments multiple times and a respectable dealer would take the loss and let me on my way. I was getting so exhausted with arguing a payment that I finally settled on a slightly higher then what I wanted payment. Test drive consisted of only going around the block so I didn't get much time to familiarize myself with the controls / vehicle equipment. I mentioned several times that I was looking forward to a car with cruise control but the salesman didn't acknowledge that it wasn't equipped. I also mentioned a recall I saw that was open via carfax and the salesman again lied saying that they "probably forgot to change it, if the car is on the lot it's probably completed." I called Kia Customer Service directly and they told me no, it needs to be done. Other issues were previous owners documents still in the car, including a toll pass and the **** floor mats it came with are generic store ones that slide under the pedals. Getting to the point that they can take the car back. Disgusting service.

The used vehicle (2016 VW Tiguan 4motion R line) was returned 1 hour after purchase for an oil leak and a drive train issue. I asked for a refund and was given the run around as they made excuses because they lied on the buyers report. They fixed the oil issue but not the drive train issue which was a condition of purchase. I brought it back to have them look at it. They wasted 3 hours of my time and essentially told me they checked it, found nothing wrong and then tried to sell me tires. If you are going to check an AWD drive train, dont pull it up on a lift you cant rotate tires on to listen for a noise. I watched through the window as you failed and lied. I was told to write a bad review or whatever by the sales person ****. This dealership is unethical and is only concerned about the bottom dollar protecting everyone except the consumer. I can not recommend this dealership to anyone in good faith.

We drove multiple hours to purchase a vehicle. We had a time set up to meet with the salesperson we were working with. We had text correspondence to confirm we would arrive in 15 minutes. Confirmed again via phone call when we were 5 minutes from the dealership. We pulled in and he was pulling the vehicle up to meet us. We took the vehicle for a test drive and when we returned, we were told that they had another buyer flying in to purchase the same vehicle. They then proceeded to tell us that they do a first come, first serve policy, and don't allow deposits so if we wanted to still purchase the vehicle, we would have to purchase the $3K paint/interior protection plan that other said buyer already agreed to on top of the asking price. We asked if the coating had already been applied even though they don't accept deposits. They said yes, it had been applied the day/night before. We questioned this because the vehicle (body, frame, bumpers, etc.) were all dirty and not freshly washed as they would have been if the product had just been applied. (All tar lots around dealership). We questioned this and their reply was that they had done the coating the previous evening at the other buyer's request and they wouldn't honor the listed asking price of the vehicle. We also asked, "what if the other buyers back out?" They said they would have to take the $3K loss. If they don't allow deposits, and they apply additional/optional protection plans without an actual payment on the vehicle, then up the purchase price on an already agreed upon price, how is this legal? If not illegal, how is this moral behavior? We are hoping this review will help future potential buyers be aware and hopefully avoid the awful experience that we had with this dealership.

We are a high volume dealer so part of our policy is first come first serve on our vehicles unless a deposit is placed to hold the vehicle. This customer refused to place a deposit to hold the vehicle, said he would take his chances. A different customer from ** decided they wanted the vehicle the night before and placed a deposit to hold the vehicle, at which time he requested the paint protection be placed on the vehicle. He bought a ticket that night to fly in the very next morning. We confirmed he was on the flight in the morning at which time these customers had shown up for a test drive. Management notified them right away that someone was flying from ***** to purchase the vehicle after we where notified by the salesman of the vehicle they were looking to purchase.

Due to the lack of knowledge in the service department they incorrectly installed spark plugs into our Kia which has resulted in the vehicle no longer being able to operate. We have waited two weeks for them to offer us some kind of compensation or replacement to are vehicle. To which we get put in hold and asked if they can return our car. We have no answer. And we need to pay for them to release our unusable vehicle back to us.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This dealer is refusing to acknowledge my warranty related concern. I have a 2021 Kia Soul with a known engine problem and this dealer is refusing to fix it. Brock the service manager is very unprofessional and even hung up on me when I was questioning his statements. I will not let this go. I will contact Kia consumer affairs, I will also leave bad reviews and tell everyone I know about this place. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!
