    I am the legal advocate for a woman with multiple physical disabilities. Im charged, in part, with helping with the maintenance of her secured trust fund.At the beginning of March of 2022, she contacted Flood Pros for possible mold remediation. The representative assessed her home and scheduled the mold removal to begin on March 11th. From this point on, she would receive no less than five cancellations from Flood Pros. Bear in mind, the majority of these cancellations occurred after a kitchen demo had already begun, leaving her without a functional kitchen or running water. All dishwashing had to be done in her very small bathroom, in the tub. There was no room in her small sink.At one point my advocatee was notified that there would be no further work done on her kitchen for a week due to one of their contractors taking vacation. She learned this by calling and speaking to the original representative who initially visited her home in early March. She had already informed the aforementioned contractor that she wanted to move forward with the kitchen demo. Now she was suddenly told (only after she happened to call them herself) that there was crosstalk regarding some of the changes she was inquiring about, and that they werent even sure if she was actually hiring them to do the work, so they were apparently not even going to bother contacting her further. The representative was condescending and completely unprofessional. When my advocatee explained that she was having a difficult time hearing the phone call, he replied with, Im on my cell phone. Call the office. I cant stop driving.Eight weeks went by from the date of the demo until the completion date. Ultimately the final kitchen looks good (although sadly her new cupboards are already showing signs of wear with normal use) and my advocatee is very pleased with Richs involvement and work, but the rest of this experience has been exhausting and challenging to say the least.
