1 starTerrible Company. Installed a REMOVEDGenerator, which we found was done illegally after the fact. No customer service and they will lie to you to keep you happy. Do Not use the dealer for REMOVEDGenerators or you will sorry.

I was shocked to read your review. I installed a Kohler generator for you in September of 2021 and this is the first I heard you had a complaint. I called you on September 22, 2025 and tried to ascertain the reason for this opinion. I found it difficult to understand your complaints but suspect you have a problem with the transfer switch. It is still under warranty and can be resolved fairly quickly. You also stated that I was responsible for upgrading your remote monitoring service. REMOVEDmade a significant change in September of 2024 and multiple emails were sent by REMOVEDto every homeowner using the previous monitoring service. You would have gotten these emails with the instructions on making the transition. As to your comment that work was done illegally, I want to remind you that you are making a very serious allegation. I have been a licensed electrical contractor for REMOVEDorder to renew that license. I have also been a certified REMOVEDdealer for about the same length of time and renew my certification by taking their mandatory education classes. I love working and take pride in my work. Your allegations do not reflect the type of person I am nor the type of work I perform so I am truly dumbfounded by your comments. In my phone conversation with you on September 22nd, I offered to pay for any out of pocket costs you are incurring if they are truly a result of my work. You said you didn't want my money and hung up. I understand you are entitled to your opinion but I have had 38 successful years in business and have installed hundreds of generators. A dishonest contractor doing bad or illegal work simply would not stay in business that long.
