    Took my 2021 Highlander to this location for a rear bumper replacement as someone hit me in a parking lot. Took to this establishment for an estimate as they are in my general neighborhood and seem like a family business. Received the estimate and sent into the insurance company. Had the repairs completed and car was dropped off at my house. I asked for the completion paperwork and *********************** asked "why do I need that". I explained for record of the repair. He said come in and pick it up. Fast forward to February 3rd and we notice that one of the ovals in the bumper is punch out and no longer in position. A few days later my backup camera is not working and sensors are in alarm. I stop in on a Friday at 2:00 PM after being out of town and they are not open. My husband stops in a week later and they are not open. We end up taking it to the dealership to get down to the bottom of the issue. Come to find out they did not replace the sensor bracket and use double sticky tape instead. I received the new estimate of $771.04. When I call ****'s A-1 to give them a chance to make things right, *********************** starts screaming and yelling at me and told me to "go pay the high dealership pricing". I explained that we tried to stop back however I was constantly interrupted by his screaming at me. Needless to say his behavior made me very concerned not only about my safety but also the ethics of his business. No one who is running an above board business behaves and reacts like he did. I have never been treated like this in my entire life. Terrible workmanship and terrible customer service and treatment.
