*****, you purchased your jeep from us on 8/6/24 and this is the first time we are hearing from you. Not once did you call the dealership to see if anything could be resolved. After now looking into this file, we see that you declined an extended warranty and also had the opportunity to have another shop look at it but declined. Attached is the inspection and the items that we replaced to show that this vehicle was THOROUGHLY gone through. (ball joints, valve cover gaskets, sway links, shocks, heater core, alignment, oil change, AND MUCH MUCH MORE). The tires at the time of the inspection were at 5,6,5,6 and would have to be replaced before winter regardless of your claim. Regarding your headgasket and transmission, you clearly were driving for the last 3 months with no issues. It is unfortunate that something may have possibly happened, but it was of no fault of ours. We also have attached underbody pictures (during initial inspection and before repairs) and it shows there were no leaks in the places you are claiming. I am sorry that you are having issues with your Jeep but at what point does our responsibility end and yours start? You have had and used this vehicle for three months.Initial Complaint

We had purchased a brand new 2021 ******* MSU-***** from Wenninger Auto Sales, LLC in March of this year (2022). Since the purchase we have only been able to utilize it for less than 10 hours total. The vehicle continues to not run. The company delivered it for an additional fee, but now will not pick it up or respond to any of my emails. I am asking for them to come and pick up the vehicle and service it. This machine has been a waste of time and money. Since the very first week we have had nothing but issues with electrical and starting systems. I do not own a trailer to bring it to them, and I don't feel I need to when it's under warranty. I will be contacting an attorney over this matter today as well. I want the machine fixed in order to enjoy the $16,000 spent on it.Business Response

****** did purchase this ******* machine from ** in March. We become a ******* dealer in August of 2021. Our last ******* Order was placed in spring of 2022, when we realized ******* did not have good customer service and would not respond to us in a timely manner nor have parts delivered in a reasonable time. As a dealership, we did agree to continue to perform service work on ******* machines that were purchased from us, but no other ******* machines as we were no longer a ******* dealer. ******'s machine unfortunately did have issues right off the bat, much like many other ******* machines that we came to find out later on. The first time ******'s machine was brought to us (only a month after purchasing) we had to fix an oil leak, the voltage regulator, the speedometer, and replace a reverse light bulb. All this work was covered under warranty. We do agree with the customer that a new machine should not have all these problems early on. This, along with poor customer service, is the reason we no longer work with ******** After the work was completed at the end of April we did not hear from ****** until end of June. In June he emailed us stating he needed a rim and tire for his machine. We looked up a stock part from ******* for him and there were not any available. We gave the customer the link to order the tire himself whenever it did come in stock (tires are not covered under any warranty). The next contact we had with ****** was an email in the middle of August stating his machine would no longer run. We emailed back stating he needed to bring the vehicle to us as we could not diagnose his issue over the phone/email. This email chain ended with ****** stating "Ok, it may be a few weeks before I can get it out there. School and hockey just started and schedules are fairly hectic. I'll keep you posted on when I can drop it off." The next contact we had with ****** was at the end of October stating the vehicle still needed to be looked at. We did drop the ball on responding to his email, as we had transitioned to a new service email contact point and he emailed the old email address. ****** did send three emails before we caught the miss and replied back to him, again stating he needs to bring his machine to us to diagnose. Towing is not covered under the warranty. We have made it clear that this is not covered under warranty and ****** will either need to pay to have it towed here or he will need to bring it here himself. Once the vehicle is here we would be happy to look over his machine and still complete the ******* warranty for him even though we are no longer a ******* dealer.Initial Complaint

Xaviar purchased a **** ***** Silverado **** extended cab on 8/5/21. This vehicle was purchased by our dealership on 3/26/21. Our mechanics performed our 150-point inspection and it was put out for sale on 4/22/21. During this inspection we noted there was a small power steering leak and the spare tire would not lower from its carrier. Both these items were disclosed on the ********* Buyers Guide that is clearly posted in each vehicle after the inspection is completed. Unfortunately, this vehicle was a slow mover for us and did sit on our lot for sale for about 3.5 months after the inspection was completed. We do attempt to test drive our vehicles weekly/biweekly (depending on the amount of inventory we have at the time) to ensure the vehicle is still in good running condition. During our inspection and all the test drives from both our employees and customers the vehicle never had a check engine light come on. When ******* test drove the vehicle himself there was no check engine light on. On 8/5/21, when Xaviar purchased the vehicle, he did sign the ********* Buyers Guide stating the items that we found wrong with the vehicle, being the power steering leak and the spare tire carrier would not lower. The ********* Buyers Guide that Xaviar signed also stated that the vehicle was checked as legal for the emission equipment and Dealership inspection does not ensure vehicle will pass state emission test where required. The first contact we received from Xaviar was on 12/6/21 to make a service appointment for brakes and exhaust work. This work was scheduled for 12/13/21. We did rear pads and rotors on both sides, the driver rear caliper, an oil change since it was noted he was **** miles over his last oil change sticker, and fixed the exhaust pipe. The mechanic notes on the customer invoice read Found that drivers rear brake caliper was blown from over extending. Replaced caliper, rear pads, and rotors. Bled brakes and test drove. All was good at this time. Found code for bank 1 sensor 2, found exhaust was broken right behind O2 sensor. Fixed exhaust and cleared code. Test drive vehicle and inspected for codes. All was good. Found sludge in oil filter and pan. ************* change in ***** miles. ****** received a signed copy of this invoice with the mechanic note for his records. That was the last time we have record of hearing from Xaviar. It is not in our notes that he needed transmission work, but if he would need transmission work that is not something our shop performs. We do motor/transmission removal and replace. We do not do any internal motor or transmission work and always recommend this type of work be taken to other local shops. The warranty Xaviar purchased was a 12 month/12,000-mile power train warranty. This warranty has a $200 deductible and only covers up to $**** is repairs. The deductible and anything over the $**** is to be covered by the customer. After looking up the claim in our warranty companys database I do see Xaviar had a claim on 1/11/22 of $1895 for transmission work that was paid by the warranty company. The odometer reading for the work shows the vehicle was driven about ***** miles after purchase. If the vehicle was not legally registered due to not passing emissions, then the vehicle should not have had this many miles driven since purchasing. We do not have record of Xaviar contacting our dealership about any coolant leak or motor issues.Initial Complaint

They advertise the cost of atv for $699.00 online, but then when you go to purchase at the dealership they tack on an extra $500 dollars in cost.Business Response

Every place we advertise has prices clearly listed online and in store. If a customer is negligent and fails to read the ad where it CLEARLY states the final prices, that is of no fault of ours. Here is an example of what is on EVERY machine and on EVERY ad.
