Revive's Mission as stated on their website: "Communication, integrity, and superior outcomes drive our work to make us the best in the Midwest. We routinely surpass our clients’ expectations by providing the highest quality service and craftsmanship during the entire renovation process." My expectations were not surpassed nor even met. We started our journey with REVIVE in August of 2020, and I wish that I could say Christian and owner Grant fulfilled Revive’s Mission of communication, integrity, and superior outcomes. The crew that REVIVE sent to replace our roof dented every single soffit on our roof (which easily can be seen just standing on the driveway) as well as scraped paint off another piece of soffit and dropped nails into our air conditioning unit (which needed servicing two weeks after the roof was replaced). I immediately contacted Christian with photos and questions. To his credit, he came out that night and assured me that this was all highly unusual and would be taken care of… several months and text messages later, including communication with the owner Grant, the scraped paint soffit was fixed, but nothing else. Fast forward a year, and we had bats nesting in our soffit/attic space. When I contacted Grant about the disastrous results left behind by his crew and asked for a reimbursement, he told me that it was the insurance companies fault and he would need a letter from the exterminator that guaranteed the bat infestation was 100% the fault of the dented soffits. Integrity sounds nice, but unfortunately Revive has proven it is a company that is unfamiliar with what this word truly means. Working with Christian and Grant is nothing but a headache. Go with another roofing company, one that is actually invested in client outcomes instead of just the client’s money.

Please remove this review from BBB. ****** is on a war path because I will not pay for the bat removal that she had done more than a year after we installed a roof. She is wrongfully blaming our company for the bats. She is saying the bats got in her wall through a ***** cornice on her roof and this does not make any sense. She has not and will not provide any documentation to support her claims against Revive. Anyone with even the smallest understanding of home construction would know that the bats getting in a wall through a ***** cornice soffit is complete nonsense. She is trying to shake me down for money and this isn't right. I have spoken with her several times about her complaint and she is a very unreasonable and confused person. She is smearing my company all over the internet out of spite and anger for something Revive has nothing to do with. Very sad really.
