Hi *** As you said to me you have worked hard in your life into your business and shop and do not want any bad news affect your business and shop as you said you work hard in not to have that ever happen when you asked me to not pull my boat out of your shop on march31 2022 and it was filled with water and ice as I took pics that day with the back drop of your business, and again you said I do not want any bad news affect your business per your request is why I am sending this to you.I understand with your actions in trying to help me and go above the average boat repair, but a lot of things went totally bad some things you cannot **ntrol like when **vid hit and your guy who worked on my boat had real lifes problems in marriage and then he would not **me back to finish my boat. And to drop off my boat in the winter on or around 9/23/2020 to get the work done over the winter and never touch it and only work on it in the beginning of summer and have it all summer is sad and getting it back at 9/15/2021.As I understood in your actions in trying to help me and go above the average boat repair is why I towed a one year old boat trailer with two axles with brakes on one axle to you that was bought to you for free for 1500$ no gas bill in a 340 mile drive to you and I never made no profit, as it was an easy 4500$ trailer **vid also made it close to imposable to get a new trailer at that time, and it is why I also tried helping you and sent you with info were a boat was for sale near you at cranky ape dot .**m where I believe a two thousand dollar profit **uld be made as you said it only needed a gasket replaced near the gimble bearing, as I do this in life anyone that helps me, I truly try to give back to that person in my **mplete life I have been doing that in my life time as I believe in karma and I believe you do to..I have towed my to boat to many places and a lot of miles and everyone wont work on it or I get very high estimates after finding stress cracks on both sides of the stringers on both sides on the bottom of the boat after working on it and then the insurance **mpany would total it after spending seven grand and a lot of time and wear and tear was put on my truck and a lot of gas $ was spent to only fail getting my boat fixed still to this day 6/4/2022.Many people are **nfused that you said I hit something when everyone does not see a **** on the bottom that has caused 13 feet long damage on the bottom where the stringers were replaced inside this boat that is on both side of the stringers on both sides of the boat, with only after taking it out two times and I never parked it on a beach due to your great work putting gel paint on the bottom of this boat in the center strip only, when on your boat capsizer it shows minor scratches, but after over 50 pictures it does not indicate this type of damage was not **ncurrent in with hitting anything that hard to cause all the stress cracks on both sides of the boat on both sides of the stringers for 13 to 14 feet long as the pics show your black gel is perfect, most people say it is from removing the old stringers to aggressively or walking inside the boat when the stringers were removed as the pics show only part of the stringers where broke loss due to hitting something.The reason I removed my boat after bringing it up there the beginning of next summer as you said bring me the boat I will fix it free and to sit up there for 1 to 1 months frustrated me with the situation and with the insurance ** trying to deal with you and you only wanted to sand and gel paint the bottom and leave it flat black but you said youre not sanding and polishing the gel to make it smooth and shiny as I felt in no way or form **uld the bottom of the boat be monitored for the stress cracks if they came back or if the your work was not done right like the **re getting de lamented and with not getting this done, and then to find it not propped up in the front and filled with ice at your shop, after spending eight grand I was very ***et and caused me to have ***** issues right away as I **uld not understand, it was **vered at some point but the **ver had a hole in it and the carpet was wet under the dash tells me at some point it was never **vered as I **uld not drive over 55 mph on the interstate due to the excess weight on this interstate hwy.it has a lot of hills going up these hills I was under 55 mph.So, I ask you what do you want to do with me if you meant what you said in the top paragraph, I do not trust you to touch my boat again, and I want to give you an option so further actions are not implemented, as I feel this would be a fair out**me to me with the things that has happened to me and I still have a boat I cannot use to date on 6/4/2022 if some kind of **mpensation in moneys is agreed with me I will drop this issue.after spend thousands of $ with stringers and **re repayment caused external stress cracks the stress cracks were on both sides of the boat on both sides of the stringers for 13 to 14 feet long when removing the stringers, and **st me 7 grand to fix his s**** ***
