              Purchased a gift certificate from this business on 6/1/21 for a one hour massage. I called to book an appt; given a one month waiting period scheduled for 6/30/21. I called the business the day prior to my appt to confirm the date & time. I was informed the massage therapist they had no longer worked for them. They didn't have any other therapist to provide this service. I stopped at the business & talked to them on the phone twice to get my money refunded. They will not do so, telling me I needed to wait until they found one or 90 days. They told me they didn't have any money in the office to give me. Were is it? They didnt use it to pay the massage therapist as I never had my appt. I get massages for neck & back pain, have gone elsewhere & should not have to wait that long to receive services they sold me, but no longer have. Simply put, They do not currently have any one who performs this & are not able to provide this service. My money should be refunded.
