  Pros: -they worked with me to postpone payment to the next due date or split payments over multiple due dates if necessary -many of the employees were kind and helpful Cons;-lack of transparency: they did not take a payment out as I agreed to for one due date and never told me about a late fee even though it was their fault -hidden charges: the day after Christmas, without authorization they took out nearly $600 to close the account which was already charged 3 days prior for $478 -I called them immediately and was told in quotes they messed your account all the way up. I realized they charged me an additional $360 with no transparent reason as to why. When I insisted on speaking to a supervisor they said one would call in 72 hours. Only when I refused and said Id hold did they agree to refund me in 3 days -On the 3rd day I called to ensure my refund was coming and another employee said it wasnt even issued but it would be cleared by ACH for the very next day -I still didnt receive it the next day, so I called again and finally spoke to a supervisor who said it was being processed and would take 3-5 days. I insisted on an email confirmation and she assured me shed send one within the hour, shes just running around and has to get back to her desk -I never received an email. I called again and finally, full circle, spoke to the original employee who was handling my refund and got her supervisor to issue it immediately back to my debit card Warning: while the employees there are nice they can only do so much. Always check to see you were charged correctly and understand your payment agreement. On the last day they will collect whatever is left even if you had postponed payments prior to that. Id not recommend as I was charged $2,600 for an $800 loan because of the astronomical finance charges. Be wary.

  I got a loan from e loan warehouse in June of 2022. The payment was high, but I thought I could swing it. The loan term was for 9 months. I paid 4 months of payments on time and in full. After struggling to make enough for my basic necessities, I called e loan warehouse to ask for some type of payment relief to lower my monthly payment. The first person I spoke with (Tiffany) was noticeably appalled at how high my payment was and wanted to help me get that lowered. She had to transfer me over to another team and all they could say is there is nothing we can do for you. I would advise DO NOT DO BUSINESS with e loan warehouse. In today's world with inflation rising and families struggling to pay for the basics, they do not seem to have any process in place to help those who want to do the right thing. I do not want to default on my payments to them. I want to stay in good standing, but they are NOT WILLING to help me in any way.

  Basically took all my personal info and banking information than denied me solely because I didnt have three months direct deposit as my company paid me by check which could have been verified for longest time and only recently switched and I make a lot of money. I needed money just a short time because I had to help my grandma pay her nursing home bill till I got paid next time and they didnt care and wouldnt approve. Thinking they just want your personal information and thats all.

  We borrowed $750 and $300 (my husband and I respectively) in June. Paid over $400 a month for the loans and when we went to pay them off in August and the final payment was MORE than what we originally borrowed. We will use Checksmart that allows us to recyle the loan every 2 weeks. We used to use Blue Trust Loans before it was bought out by this company and were told we would get the same service. No, we did not. We will NOT use them again.
