I received a loan for $500 on 9/13/23. I paid the loan off two weeks later and overpaid by $149. I asked for a refund for the amount I overpaid but was shuffled to multiple people and all saying that because of the dates of my payment I did not overpay. I paid $649 for a $500 loan which was never the amount that I agreed to for paying back. They are withholding this overpayment amount.Business Response

An agreement was made in order to pay a debt. A payment plan of $50 monthly was agreed upon and documented. The document is attached. Instead , the business charged me multiple payments of $198.28. these charges are documented on my account and attached. These charges were not authorized or for the amounts agreed upon.Business Response

I sought a loan for $1,000. I signed the paperwork and received the money. A week later when preparing to make the payments, I noticed that the interest rate is ******% and after making all of the payments, the loan will turn into a $4,192.00 loan. This is insane! I don't knee how they can continue to get away with operating like this. I tried to get a lower interest rate but to no avail.Business Response

I had taken a loan with this company I will admit probably pretty much in desperation . The interest is crazy but at the time I figured Ill wing it . I then had a downturn in work and I couldnt pay and they just kept charging astronomical interest now the say I owe some **** plus on a 800 loan I believe I am currently off work due to injury and have 0 money Im struggling just to keep bills paid by whatever I can scrape up . These companies do prey on those who have had credit issues and they know they do Im pretty sure payments I made probably covered the amount borrowed but I can not even get in to see any of that info so its hard to sayBusiness Response

Opened a line of credit at which interest is an astronomical amount. I have been a long time customer of this company and have always paid my loans in full 100%. I emailed to assist with payment options and was told that I could set up a payment plan through the phone but not through email. I then called to close my line of credit which has a current balance of $1500 to stop the astronomical interest and to set up a payment plan of $500 a month to have the balance paid off in 3 months. I was told I could not set up a payment plan because I was not in default, when I was told something different through email. I explained that I was told something different through email and the rep said 'I only see the emails you sent not the ones sent from us". I offered to send the emails that stated that a payment plan was an option. I asked to speak with a supervisor- the rep stated that the supervisor was busy. I was finally put on hold and the rep came back and said the supervisor would call me back because they were busy. I am awaiting a call and do not see how it is impossible to set up a payment plan without defaulting on the account which I do not want to do. I have been loyal to this company and have always paid my loans in full on time or early.Business Response

I have already paid back the ****** but they are still taking out money. The interest fee are outrageous. I want to report them and get my money back. This company calls non stop from different numbers just because I made the mistake of seeing available lenders and now they wont stop and their loans are so predatory I thought it couldnt be true I need this resolved and I will not be satisfied until the people at this company grow souls and shut down this absolute monstrous company this should be illegal and BBB needs to help fight this kind of travesty nobody should pretend that just because of tribal lending makes it okay since its legal IT IS NOT OKAYBusiness Response

I applied for a loan and it was approved. I did not agree with the interest rate and decided against getting the loan with them. I have contacted them several times to remove me from the call list and I continue to receive over 15 calls a day! This is becoming harassment.Business Response
