I filled out an online form for information. Since informing this company that I am no longer interested, they have continued to call my phone up to 30 TIMES PER DAY! This is harassment, they keep filling up my voicemail and I don't know how to get them to stop. It may become necessary to get an attorney involved.Business Response

Sad to say, I am very familiar with outrageous interest fees that come with loans. I have received and successfully paid off loans from this company in the past. In November, 2022, I reached out to this company for a new loan. I was told that I was pre-approved for a line of credit, which has a "much lower" interest rate. I agreed to proceed. I called a few times to ask how the "interest" payments worked. No one could explain this to me. One woman told me that payments would go down after my $560.00 payment was made. They didn't. In fact, they went up. Plus, even though I have paid this company $1000., my balance increased by $1000. I asked for an explanation. I was told that I was being charged interest $20.00 a day...which, from what I understand, I have paid. I was then told that my May payment would be $100 more, because of the 31 days in the month. So, the daily interest charge went from $20 to $100? I get paid monthly, instead of bi-weekly. Does this allow them to charge me $100 a day?I am not giving this company one more *****, until someone explains this legal robbery to me. I can understand the principle balance not decreasing, because all I pay are the huge interest amounts. But, for the balance to then increase by $1000? Then, to be charged an additional $100, because of a 31-day month?!Business Response

I am constantly harassed by this company about a loan I cannot afford to pay back and I told them that several months ago . I told them I was on disability and lost my payments and also my husband they insist on calling me and relatives to get money and get to me . I recently had open heart surgery they called 5 times while in the hospital and emailed several . I had several loans through blue trust. I was in the process of paying a loan through them last year when I was notified that they were not going to be doing business any more and eloanwarehouse would be handling their future financing. Within 24 hours of that notice representatives started calling 2 to 3 times a day saying that they were (ASSUMING) my blue trust loan at a lower interest rate and that all I had to do was a verbal authorization. They also told me I qualified for an additional $1000 that I could add to the loan. Excited about the additional money that i really needed and the lower interest rate and of course wasnt provided any type of contract to read or review online or any other means I accepted the offer. My original blue trust loan was for $1375. @ 20 payments of $301. with the loan finalizing on the last Friday of December 2022. I made 10 payments before eloanwarehouse solicited me and when they finalized the loan (ASSUMPTION) they actually refinanced $1268. for another 20 payments of $244. I had a payment schedule from blue trust that showed the payoff shouldve been below $1000 at that time. Also if they were assuming the loan then why wouldnt I only have 10 payments from then instead of another 20. Contacted them to tell me that was the payoff and nothing they could do. Didnt realize it is same ownership /different name so they can say whatever they want cause its all free interest to them on a loan they did not provide. Please help me.Business Response

Ive taken out 2 loans from Eloan Warehouse. The first in 2021, which I paid right back. Then in June (2022) I took out another loan from them, in the amount of $800. My first pymnts were made as scheduled, then I lost my job. I sent an ************** explaining my situation and revoked the authorization for them to take any further ACH pymnts out of my acct. I also let them know that as soon as I was able to, I would send payment in full for the loan balance. I got an email acknowledging my revocation and confirming that they would not ACH/withdraw anymore payments. I did get numerous collection calls from them for a couple of months, and I reiterated that I was looking for a new job, and would make payment in full as soon as I was able - I had paid off my first loan with them and was a repeat customer. A few weeks later, I logged into my bank account one day and saw that they had taken FIVE ACH withdrawals out of my account in one day! With no notice to me, no authorization (since I had previously revoked it) they took out five pymnts of $174.83 each - so a total of $874.15 (more than I even borrowed from them) This left my bank acct in the negative & me with no money to live. I called immediately, sent a few emails, and finally was able to speak to a manager. She agreed that because I had previously sent a revocation in writing, they should not have taken the payments. She told me that they would reverse them and credit my bank acct the $874.15. They never did. A few days ago, I got another correspondence saying that I need to contact them to make a payment in the amount of $1,711.22 - theyre claiming that is my outstanding loan balance!! I called once again, and asked the representative to explain how on an $800 loan, that Ive already paid back $1,048.98 towards (which includes the unauthorized ACH pymnts they took from me) how can I still owe $1,711.22? Even with the astronomical interest fees, the math just doesnt make sense. Unprofessional & unethical.Business Response

I received a line of credit from Eloan warehouse I was told I would paying interest biweekly and Anything I pay over would go towards principle.Today I called to pay the amount in full that I borrowed after making the interest payment on Friday.I expected that I would pay some additional interest being that today is Tuesday and my interest only payment was Friday.They wanted to charge me 300 extra and then some.I explained to the supervisor and staff spoke with 4 people and to no avail.The math did not add up I had to revoke my authorization while I go through a complaint process Obtain the audio conversation to prove that I was lied to or mislead whether a employee needed better training or whatever excuses I was given we could not reach a **** agreement Please helpBusiness Response

a federally-recognized sovereign nation located within **************************** and is operating
within the tribes reservation. The consumers loan was made by ** as provided in the Lac Courte ************************************* Services Regulatory Code. eLoanWarehouse contracts, including the loan
agreement the complainant signed, clearly designate the Tribes law as governing its transactions and
provides all disclosures required by the Tribe and **** federal law.
eLoanWarehouse values its customers and is disappointed that ******************** was dissatisfied with our

I had a $500.00 loan thru eloanwarehouse. Payments were $138.00 every 2 weeks. I could not afford it so I got behind. They emailed me a payment arrangement. We agrees upon $450.00, I paid ****** for 3 months. My last payment was Sept 12th. They are now saying the arrangement never existed and say i owe $2000.00. They also took money put of my bank account. I want the money returned and my loan payment arrangement followed and my account closed. I took out a loan in April 2022, but right after I unexpectedly lost my job. I sent an ACH revocation letter to this company via email (a rep confirmed it was received) AND certified mail. I recently started working so I had hopes to get back on track with payments but this company made TWO withdrawals from my account on November 25 with no warning. I received an email with dates from MAY on receipts once the withdrawals were made. I called and someone transferred me but while on hold the clock struck 5 so I was hung up on. My emails are not being answered and I have yet to have the money refunded. ACH revocation means the company isn't allowed to take from the account but they done it anyway. I am demanding my money back AND this loan balance be fully written off since it was illegally done.Business Response
