              Date of Transaction: July 1, 2023 Amount paid to the business: $105.15.What the business committed to provide you: ******** services and extra brushing services for matting The nature of the dispute is that I was not provided the services I was promised and had to take my dog in for grooming to a separate groomer a week later to have him brushed properly because he was so matted that the second groomer, I had to take him to stated that Tail Waggers did not brush any of his under coat as he was severely matted.The business did not try to resolve the problem. I tried to reach out for three weeks to speak with the owner to no avail and the owner finally answered and screamed at me stating her groomer did what she was paid for and they would not give me any sort of refund.I do not have an account/order/or tracking number as they do not provide any of this, but the account is in my name in their system which is *****************, and my dog is Gizmo.
