      I had a very rude experience this afternoon. Back on July 3rd, I called and spoke with the gentleman (assuming owner) to describe a printing request on Vinyl Sticker Paper. He told me to email the **** and come in. He took care of the printing with no problems. Both him and the lady were very nice. I was happy to have found a printing shop for my printing labels. Today was the opposite. I sent an email again with the attachments and details. I go in and the lady approached. She examined the paper and then said she could not help. I explained I came in July and everything turned out great. She proceeded to put the paper in the machine to print. I did explain the instructions for the paper is to insert a certain way. The machine jammed on the first copy. She unjammed the machine and said loud enough "I don't have time for this, I am busy!" I turned to her as she made this remark, I didn't say anything. She snatches the paper out the machine while saying "I am not going to mess up my machines for you!" then shoves the paper at with her head down and walks back to the back. All I could say was "Wow!". She continued to mumble so who knows what else derogatory came out of her. I did not expect the rudeness and lackluster customer service. I made recommendations to this place and hate I did.
