    Unprofessional, lost my financial information and SS #, made errors in the amount of money I was paid, rude during closing. Knew they were having computer issues, didnt thoroughly proofread the legal documents before having me sign. They implied that I should have caught their error. They were getting paid thousands to make sure things were correct. I strongly caution anyone about doing business with them. Did contact them asking who was overseeing their office and the branch manager refused to give me that information, repeatedly stated she was the branch manager, and I several times asked her who oversaw her and she never answered my question. Finally got the information (not from her). I talked to the President of Guaranty and met with her, she was very nice to deal with and did resolve the issue to the best of her ability.
