Refund and Exchange Policy
Cameras and other electronics... 
We will guarantee a camera for the first 30 days from the time of purchase.  If your camera malfunctions within that time, we will replace it.  Before replacing your camera we need to test it with the batteries and SD card that you are using in it.  If your camera malfunctions after 30 days, you need to contact the camera manufacturer.
Boxes, locks, etc...
We will exchange or refund your purchase of a security box or CAMLOCKbox made mount at any time as long as it’s in original condition.  If the box or mount has been used or modified, we are not able to accept a return of any kind on it. 
We will accept returns and perform exchanges on any defective Master Lock product within 30 days from the time of purchase.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
