    Paid 2300 dollars out of pocket the received an email stating I needed to pay 1100 more have emailed multiple times called multiple times and no response except immediate response on social media

    Hello,
    We calculated the exact shipping cost, including the core return, and sent the invoice for the remaining payment. We also requested the *** number but never received any response. The customer asked us to call him, but due to my busy schedule, I repeatedly requested that he send his questions via email so I could respond promptly. These requests were ignored.
    During Black Friday, he was automatically given a discount. We again requested the *** and some form of response, but the customer continued to ignore us. After some time, we canceled his order and refunded his payment.
    Later, he emailed us again with unclear intentions. We decided to accommodate him and informed him that, as an exception, he could purchase the transmission at the Black Friday price whenever it was convenient for him. However, we received no response to this offer either.
    All the information regarding terms, core charges, and shipping is available on our website. We sell a large number of transmissions daily, but this situation is unique for us.
    At this point, we dont understand what exactly the customer wants from us.
