Date of purchase: 2-13-23 Dollar amount: $1,200 ******* Auction committed to: 100% guaranteed equipment that works. I purchased a heating table from this company in February. I had to install an outlet for the plug which was installed on June 1. The equipment was tested as soon as the outlet was installed and it did not work properly on two of the burners. It was a struggle getting all of my first delivery delivered to me as well. All of the complaints on this company are exactly similar to mine. This guy is totally ruthless when it comes to doing business with because hes so fast to wanting to collect your money, but most of his equipment is not up to par. I have photos, and I also have text of dialogue of how he spoke to me a paying customer like it was my fault. His equipment did not work. This was absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life!!! This **************** could care less if the equipment he sells works properly or not!!!Issue at hand: I was sold a heating table that does not properly work on two of the heating ***** on a 4 compartment table. The resolve: the resolve has not been completed. I was told I would get a replacement, but I have not had a response. He does not respond to my phone calls or emails about the situation now. I have proof with video, photos and witnesses of the company, who installed my outlet because they were the same company who tested the table, and it clearly did not function properly. Tracking # NA Resolve: all I want is my money back for this item or a replacement. Thats exactly what Ive already told this company three times. I was told it was going to happen and now theyre dodging my phone calls and text. This was not the only purchase I made with him. And I spent close to $13,000 in this transaction and had to pay some additional fees to get some of the equipment working properly. But the mechanic who worked on the steam table said it was dead!!! Can somebody please help me????????
