1 starWarning! Avoid purchases from Diamond Nexus (alleged jewelry). Soon or later youre gonna know about company EMBEZZLEMENT PRACTICE. Your naive attitudes are ignored there.(The issue is that unpacked/untouched pedant was returned and received by them in a attempt to exchange the faked lab glass for another named Moissanite as a way to hide wording "alternative"/"affordable" "jewelry" - at least Moissanite has better narrative description...)For God sake stop any possible relationships with such a company - IT STEALS.

1 starPurchase earrings that I never received I called and spoke with a representative and was told that they could not refund my affirm account when it states on there site refund within 30 days ? 1 starTwice during the three years we’ve had our wedding ring we've had to return it to Diamond Nexus because one of the three stones has fallen out. Each time they told us how to return it through FedEx and sent us Shipping Labels. The second time, although the ring and loose diamond were double bagged, the ring fell out or was stolen, they said, during transit. My wife was distraught, her beautiful wedding ring, twice broken, was now gone. When the ring was lost, Diamond Nexus said that although they arranged the shipping return, they didn’t bother to insure the shipping and it was our responsibility, so we should contact our insurance, if we had arranged insurance. Believing that, as a responsible company, they had insured their returns, we hadn’t. Twice broken in three short years, now we’ve lost our beautiful (and expensive) wedding ring. What a rip-off company - DON’T BUY THEIR PRODUCTS, they can break your heart, (and your bank!)Diamond Nexus

Thanks for reaching out. We are sorry to hear you had this experience. Prior to shipment, we inform every customer of the insurance liability to avoid situations such as this. Unfortunately, we have heard this news all too often when the jewelry is not properly packaged. We do not cover the insurance fees as many insurance providers supply this coverage as part of the policy. For this reason, we leave the responsibility to the owner so as to not charge our customers for a service they may already pay for.Review fromSara G

1 starBuyer beware they sell a decent product and I loved it for over 10 years but recently I had a stone fall out and instead of the 35.00 price it was for the last 12 + years they now refused to do anything for me for less than 345.00 even though the stone I lost was only a 4 dollar stone according to the quote. I refuse to be robbed when the stones fall out no matter what you do. So sad, will find another ring and a new jeweler that is honest. This is a scam.Diamond Nexus

1 starBuyer beware, the stones get scratched up easily. After each year of normal wear I would have to send the ring back for a new stone. Diamond Nexus was generally cooperative (for the past 7 years or so) until this year. This year they wanted to charge me $300 for prong rebuilding and refinishing of the entire ring and they would not budge so I had them send me back my scratched up stone/ring. Do yourself a favor and invest in a real diamond. Dont believe their sparkly, well photographed, well-designed website, instead - imagine those stones scratched up and cloudy looking.Diamond Nexus

1 starI've had my ring for 2 years and have sent it back 4 times because all 3 stones are scratched. The 4th time they want to charge me a cleaning fee of ******. I would not be sending the ring to you to be cleaned! I sent the ring back because it is scratched deeply. Do not buy from this company. The website is deceiving. This is not a lab-grown stone. 5 starsI have used them twice and I have nothing but great things to say about the product and company. My first purchase was a friendship ring 3 years ago . My girlfriend wears daily , always gets compliments on it and has never had an issue. As well as earrings. Noth Princess Cut and total weigh is around 2 Carats for both items. I only know that their customer service is fantastic from the second I placed order . Updates with delivery date daily. As far as returning or anything like that I wouldn't know. 1 starFraudulent. I bought an engagement ring and wedding band approximately 5 years ago. Beautiful appearance. But now I'm divorced and tried to sell them. Five years ago, the information on their website was not nearly as transparent. I even read reviews that said a jeweler couldn't tell the difference between a real diamond and Diamond Nexus. Well, a pawn shop certainly could. It didn't test as ANYTHING. False advertising 5 years ago. DO NOT BUY unless you're willing to pay $1000 for something FAKE.Diamond Nexus

1 starDo Not use them!!! They start off as great looking and seem as a great offer However, once you have a problem with the diamond you are NOT covered!!!My diamond cracked, yes, cracked not once, not twice, but 3 times! The first and second time I got a replacement, just had to send it in wait weeks but I got it back. The 3rd time, it split in half and so I wanted just to replace the diamond and not have it put back in the ring. They refused to replace my diamond Im even though, it had split and fell out. They would only replace it into the ring, even though the diamond says it has a lifetime warranty! It took about 8 years but I ran into problems with them. They only want new customers that dont know their stuff eventually break/crack/fail, they dont want repeat customers! Keep your money!Diamond Nexus
