- All merchandise delivered is non-returnable, except as authorized in writing by CFS in Wisconsin. Unauthorized returns will be refused. All returns will be subject to a re-stocking fee. All special order items or sizes slit to order are not returnable. Returned Goods Authorization Number must be clearly marked on all returned items. RGA's expire 30 days after date of issuance. Once RGA expires, CFS will not accept returns.
