5 starsThis is the third time we have used Milwaukee Exteriors for our outdoor projects. The first was a fence, the second a concrete patio and replacement of two sidewalk squares on our front walkway. We were so happy with their work and restoration of the areas they worked on that we called them again this year to remove and replace our side and back walkway. We are so pleased with the careful integration of the new sidewalk to meet the old existing curved one, the graceful curve around the house and restoration of the area before they left. Maria was a pleasure to work with and her ideas for our vision were great. The crew were all talented, polite and hard workers even in this hot, humid weather. 5 starsI had 3 very ugly cement steps outside my patio door that were totally useless. I obtained 3 quotes to remove the steps, add smaller ones and a nice patio. I chose Milwaukee Exteriors because of their price and caring attitude. They even gave me some design suggestions which I really appreciated. The work was done surprisingly fast. They take great care to leave you with an undamaged yard that is completely cleaned up, They even added fill around the new patio so I just had to put some grass seed in. Other companies would have left ruts in the yard and no one else would have left such a finished project. 5 starsWe had Milwaukee Exteriors excavate and install our patio that was unfinished by a previous contractor that we paid monies for and that contractor never came back. Milwaukee Exteriors did such a tremendous job there are no words!! Exceeding expectations would be an understatement. 5 starsIf you’re looking for a family-owned business that is honest, hard working, sincere, trustworthy and affordable look no further! I had THE best experience with Milwaukee Exteriors. They installed a black chain link fence in our backyard and the entire process from start to finish was absolute perfection! The communication with Maria was excellent. She was prompt, professional and genuine. Always happy to take my calls and got back to me quickly if we happened to miss one another. The work from Edgardo and his team was flawless. They were kind, paid attention to detail, worked efficiently, always checked with me before hand with any questions and offered great suggestions. They made sure to do a final walk through afterwards assuring I was 100% happy with everything and surveyed the area meticulously so as to not leave anything behind. I will HIGHLY and happily recommend them to all of my family & friends and without a doubt use them again in the future. 5 starsI requested fence bids from a handful of vendors. My request had enough information for a rough price (dimensions, photos, description). Milwaukee Exteriors Home Improvement was one of only two vendors who read my request and gave me a quote vs just sending me back a generic email. After they gave me an approximate quote via email, I scheduled a free in person estimate with Maria. They had good availability and came out the next available business day, the attention to the clean up was outstanding. Everyone I interacted with was very nice & professional. 5 starsWe had Milwaukee Exteriors do our upper and back porch in 2022. We were so pleased with how the work was done that we hired them in 2023 to do our front porch. The craftsmanship was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Looking forward to hiring Edgardo and his crew for our future home projects. 1 starWe were planning to hire Milwaukee Exteriors for fencing around our home after having Maria survey the property and receiving a quote from them to start in the spring. That was more than two months ago and they been completely unresponsive. We tried emails, calls, and texts but they didn’t respond. If they don’t have the labor or something came up they should have told us instead of having us guess they can’t do it and start over in finding another contractor. I went and visted your property twice - one to give you the quote and two to answer the open items and after this I did not get the aproval to proceed with your fence for the spring. 5 starsWe hired Milwaukee Exterior for the expansion of a concrete parking slab and they did a fenomenal job! The team really took their time to move things out of the way and were careful about not damaging the fence that was in the way. I was very pleased with their job and hired the company for various other smaller repair projects at my other properties and have absolutely no complaints about the quality of work! 100% would recommend this team!Milwaukee Exteriors Home Improvement LLC

We are thrilled they were able to squeeze us in before the snow started for our patio project. Cost was exactly as we had anticipated and was well worth the money spent.
