    I originally hired Spencer to do photography for my son ****** graduation on May 11 2024. I had then additional decided to have him do senior photos for my daughter. I put 150 dollars down for her photos through Venmo. No contract was ever signed it was an arrangement via instant messaging on ********* The photo session for my son went fine. The first issue came when it took 2 months to get the photos of my son. This caused me some concern for using him for my daughters senior photos. My daughters senior photo's were scheduled for July 21. I Texted him via messenger to confirm the date and time on July 15th. He texted back saying he was just going to contact me he was out of state on vacation and couldnt get back to do photos. We had previously set this up and he didnt think to contact me to inform me before he left. I was loosing confidence in this business. I knew it took me 2 months to get my sons photos. I wanted to get my money back and find a photographer who could get the photos done. We were going on vacation and this would bring us to mid august. School photos need to be submitted in September. He claimed he didnt have to refund money. He was the business that canceled without contacting me or trying to set up new date before he left. He never informed me of any kind of no refund policy. He lacked a complete capability to communicate at any time throughout this experience. I do not recommend this business. It is disappointing because supposedly all his reviews on ******** are positive. I have my doubts about this. His communication with me was hostile In turn I was not a happy customer. I just want my 150 dollars back. I will attach our communication.
