Refund and Exchange Policy

"What is Your Return Policy?"
The human body is a beautiful thing, and we’re all made a little differently! Merchandise that works well for others may not always turn out to be the best fit for you. We’re dedicated to helping everyone find their healthy place, and that means accepting returns.

Here are our return policies:

Unopened Merchandise. All unopened merchandise will receive a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, unopened merchandise will receive in-store credit, up until 90 days from the date of purchase. After 90 days, returns will not be accepted. 

Opened Merchandise. All opened merchandise will receive in-store credit within 90 days of purchase. After 90 days, all opened merchandise is non-refundable.

"Are there any items that cannot be returned?"
No. We have a guarantee for everything in our store. All items may be eligible for return, as outlined above. 

"When will I see my refund back into my bank account?"
From the time of the return request (or receipt of your returned shipment), it will typically take between 5-10 business days for the refund to post to your account. This is entirely due to the sloth-like pace of banking institutions. We promise, we always want to make your experience as pleasant and seamless as possible. 

"How will you provide in-store credit?"
We provide in-store credit through gift cards or by adding credit to your file. 

"I received a damaged, defective, or broken item. What now?"
We’re so sorry to hear that! We can provide in-store credit through a gift card. If you’re unable to make it into the store to pick it up, we’ll apply the credit to your file.

"I want to make a return, but I can’t stop in any of your store locations. Can I ship it?"
Absolutely! You can ship your returns to any of our store locations. Please remember to carefully wrap the product in protective wrapping to keep it from being damaged in transit (especially if it was unopened). Please include a copy of your receipt in your package with a note specifying your name and why you are returning your shipment!  Remember, we cannot give you a refund if we have no idea who you are!

Definitely. Stop by any of our store locations to return your merchandise.
