      Bought 2 sets of Aries side steps, one set for a 2017 Grand Cherokee, one set for 2021 Wrangler. Started rusting around the pads within the first 3 months. I have sent email after email. I've done everything to try and get them to fix the problem. I have never gotten a response. **** manufacturering owns Aries. www.ariesautomotive.com

      I ordered a trailer hitch and when I installed it I found the receiver was off center of the vehicle. I called and spoke with **** at ****, I sent photos and he called me back and stayed that yes they had in fact made several of that particular hitch wrong and that they were going to make one right and get it right out to me. Its been two weeks and when I call Im told they dont have it ready yetI paying to have things delivered since I cant pull my trailer without a working hitch.

      On October 1, 2018, I purchased a **** TruTrack Trunnion Bar WD-Hitch with Active Sway Control #***** from Trailer Part Super Store. I purchased the hitch based partly on the ****** widely advertised "Limited Lifetime Warrant" and the fact that the hitch was rated for ***** to ****** lbs. with a gross tongue weight of 800 to ***** lbs, From the date of purchase to present day I used the hitch exclusively to tow my Dutchman Kodiak Cub 175BH, which has a dry weight of ***** lbs and tongue weight of 406 lbs. I recently purchased a larger pickup and began to adjust the weight distribution hitch to my new pickup. On March 30, 2022, I noticed that the head tilt spacers were literally twisted. When I removed the the defective head tilt spacers it was readily apparent that the holes that the spacers were seated in were totally misshapen. On April 7, 2022, I spoke with a representative from Curt Manufacturing who asked me to email him photos, proof of purchase, description of the trailer and date that I noticed the problem. I did so and later received a response from ***** **** ************************** stating that "this is normally caused by too much weight being applied to the head. It would not be considered a defect in the product." I responded that there was never too much weight applied to the hitch. Mr. **** then responded that the warranty on "parts" are good for a year and that my hitch was out of warranty. My argument is that the damaged hitch "head" is not a part but majority of the hitch itself. That "part" (#*****) is currently sold by **** for $417.69. I only paid $346.71 for the entire hitch in 2018. ************** Lifetime Warranty states that hitches have a lifetime warranty for ************************ a 1-year warranty for ******************* I see that in a review left on ****** website of the hitch describe an identical defect. I request that **** refund my full purchase price, replace the entire hitch, or replace the defective pieces (#*****, #*****)

      Purchased a bluetooth trailer break controller from **** November 17th of 2020. It stopped working in August of 2021. After troubleshooting all known issues with the I filled out the form at this website to inquire about coverage of the warranty - https://www.curtmfg.com/contact This form was completed in September and October, roughly the middle of the month. I was never contacted by anyone from ****. In January I filled out the form again. Once again, I never heard from someone, but there is now a phone number for contacting them. When I called the number I was told that the Contact Form had been down for months and that I would not receive a response because of that form being invalid. I inquired about warranty coverage of the defective product and told that because I hadn't spoken to anyone within the warranty period, it could not be verified that the issue took place within the warranty period. I indicated that I had filled out the form numerous times and was told that the form did not connect to anything during that time, so it could not be used as verification. When I asked who I could talk to about this being a very obvious issue in the customer service process, I was told that there was no additional supervisors to talk to about my issue. When I asked if the website could at least be taken down of made to indicate that it wasn't properly functioning, the gentleman told me it wasn't his department or his problem. In looking at online reviews for this product, this seems to be a common occurrence with someone named ***** in the product service department. I have never sought assistance from BBB before, but feel like this is a pretty egregious issue that needs to be addressed, especially if it is occurring on such a regular basis and the erroneous contact page continues to be up -https://www.curtmfg.com/contact I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in this matter and simply would like the warranty of this product honored.
