Pleasecontact us immediately if there has been damage during shipping. Anyand all damages must be reported within 5 DAYS of receiving item(s) toreceive full credit or replacement. Damages will be assessed and pickedup to replace if necessary.
Ifyou are unsatisfied with your order for reasons other thanmanufacturing defects or shipping damages, you must notify us within 2WEEKS of receiving item(s). We will request that you ship it back to usin original packaging; you will be credited for the product cost minus a20% restocking fee when it arrives at our facility. We are notresponsible for return shipping.
Unlessthere is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, all sales on customsigns and furniture are final. No refunds or returns.
