I went to the west bend aspen dental in May last year I got upper dentures and now I got 8 teeth left on my lower teeth and I got a mechanic heart valve replacement i got a big red bump on my gums it painful i had a appointment today and I refused by the office manager after driving 1 hour because they wanted 150.00 to see the dentist which they didn't tell me over the phone when I was there in May all the dentist did was give me antibiotics and wanted me to get lower dentures for 6000 and didn't care about the big painful bump on my gums the office manager didn't not care if I have a mechanic heart valve replacement which if I get germs in my mechanic heart valve replacement it could damage my heart valve she said i don't care

Dentist is great but they overcharged me and on February 21st 2025 they were to issue a refund to my card. They told me my card rejected it. I called my card and they did not even receive a attempt to refund. On March 13 the they issued a check n sent it to my old address apparently. Which I get statements at my new address and so I call again and they said they issued a new check. Still no check. They said they would call back. Never called me back. Called again and now they have no idea why I didn't get it and are checking again. Big hassel because they over charged me almost 400 dollars and I can't get any satisfaction. They said February 21st it would be refunded and over a month nobody knows what's going on and nobody calls back. I'll never go again even though that's the best dentist around I even sent my mom and other relatives there.

This office is HORRIBLE! They have yet to give me an itemized bill or receipt. I paid $3800 CASH as a deposit (which I calculated would be my portion after insurance). That’s just the beginning! They ripped out my teeth last year after lying about the condition of them. I went to them originally for a quote to replace a single chipped crown. It has been nothing but a nightmare over the past year. Dentures made wrong, don’t fit, causing more pain to my gums then I was ever in. They’ve gone through AT LEAST 5 office managers, and I can see why! They don’t return phone calls or emails, either. Same in regards to their regional managers. I went in April to receive my permanent dentures, which had to be remade, TWICE, do to the lab incorrectly making them, and while adjusting them, they removed way too much and the lowers fell out. The dentist there said they’d remake them and ship them to Europe where I was traveling to for a funeral. It never happened! I spent 6 months there in AGONY, unable to eat or leave my hotel. I’ve lost too much weight now and feel horrible. Zero response from the office via emails, as they claimed they couldn’t reach me via cellphone, yet no one else in the US had any issues calling me. I reached out AGAIN to book an appointment to pick them up and am getting the runaround. No return calls or emails. I requested my care to be transferred to a different location. I would also like a full refund, as I now need to see a proper prosthodontist to try and retain a better quality of life. They are SCAM ARTISTS!!

My experience with Aspen Dental has been horrible. I was told to pay before my appointment, which seemed odd at first, so I asked for an itemized bill. The receptionist was unsure how to do that so she told me to check back in after my appointment. Afterwards, I talked to another member of staff who was able to provide the itemized bill. It showed what my insurance would cover and what my responsibility was to pay. I was greatly overcharged and was told I would have a refund in the next week or so. I've called multiple times to check up on my refund and have been told to wait 2-3 weeks. It has been that long and I still haven't received my refund. Aspen Dental is a money grab and I highly don't recommend!

I had a horrible horrible experience at Aspen dental. The first thing that happened they pulled all my teeth and on the front left side they pulled out too much bone and where that area they pulled out too muchBone is really thin and feels like it’s going to break on top of that mess I’m dealing with the bad teeth they made that they won’t fix. I didn’t know you had only three months to let them know. She told me to wear them for 5 or 6 months and then come back if I didn’t like them. they said give it some time now I need to buy a new denture on top of trying to figure out the bone situation and trying to find a new dentist for what’s going on with that, but I’m going to sue them This is ridiculous.!!

Terrible place. The dentist does not listen to the employees or the patients! He's too old to be doing his job correctly and the pain I'm suffering (and I'm sure others are as well) is unacceptable!!! Find a different dentist! If I could leave a ZERO out of 5 stars, I would!! I have documentation for the past 9 days. I've been on 3 antibiotics (2 from the dentist and one from a doctor I saw at urgent care yesterday). My infection is spreading to my jaw joint. The doctor I saw yesterday asked where I went and who did this to me. This dentist should NOT be working on anyone. I am 9 days out from having full extractions. I have not eaten in 10 days, just drinking fluids. The pain I have is so bad, its hard to open and close my mouth (due to the infection spreading so fast). When I asked for a 2nd antibiotic, the dentist literally thought I would be fine. I shouldn't have to beg for an antibiotic! I felt the last 4 teeth being extracted and every single stitch he put in. Every time I would wince in pain or take a deep breath, he would say "you're fine. You're fine." NO, I WAS NOT FINE!!! I threw up all night from the amount of blood I was swallowing during the procedure. The suction kept shutting off so the hygienist would need to leave the room and go flip the breaker to turn it back on. This was an experience from hell. Had I known that this place was such a joke, I would have taken my chances and waited an additional 3 months to be able to use my care credit somewhere else. Speaking of Care Credit, Aspen dental billed my Care Credit card (and my insurance company) on March 14, 2023. After Aspen canceling due to an "emergency" then "covid" then "company hackers" I didn't actually have my procedure until MAY 17! That is ridiculous!!! This place is AWFUL and I feel horrible for the employees that have to work under this dentist!!!!!
