I’d give 0 stars if I could. These certifications mean nothing- they’re really just certificates of completion, you proved you sat through training, not competency. They’ve become more limited in the scope of acceptable CEUs, which is a scam to make you pay for more CEUs, they’re hoping from their affiliate  ****.

We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. I am happy to inform you that CE hours from any accredited training entity, that meet the renewal requirements listed on our website, can be used. Thank you!

SCAM. They denied my renewal of my CIMHP certification because they said my CE did not meet their standard, when clearly it matched the description on their website. They also did not respond to my attempts to email about the problem. Once I finally got someone on the phone they just repeated what the email said and were not able to provide further information about why my CE was not accepted. Seems to me that because I got the CE's from a non PESI training they wont accept them. They were quick to charge me the renewal fee though. Hope they refund that.

Evergreen was previously easy to work with, but now they just seem like a fraudulent company. I tried to renew a certification I have with them, and after a few weeks they respond telling me to pay for another certification! I emailed back to indicate my confusion, and no response. I am not going to renew or pursue certification with them again. So disappointed with what they have become.

Evergreen used to be affiliated with IATP which was the reason I completed certifications there. Now they merged with or were aquired by PESI, a CEU provider. PESI was removed from NBCC's approved provider list. Renewals of certifications was easy before PESI got involved: Upload the CEUs. Now, unless the CEUs are done through PESI, you have to upload a syllabus for each CEU course; even if the title reflects how it is related to the certification. I have been trying to get them to approve my CEUs for weeks now. Their response time is very slow. I cannot recommend Evergreen certifications. At this point, I will find a more reputable organization and redo my certifications.

We apologize for the slow response time you have received. Our customer service team will be reaching out to you shortly. I am happy to inform that PESI course work is not the only path to certification or renewal. CE hours from any accredited training entity that meet the renewal requirements can be used. Thank you!

I love that I have a certificate. It definitely makes me more marketable, and the training has been helpful. I have my trauma one certificate for 3 years now, and I hope to get trauma two and the EMDR certificate soon.
