      Jacob at *********** ** answered all my questions, looked for discounts, and offered his expertise after the sale. Truly a good guy with a great heart, who backs is products. Check there first, you’ll be pleasantly surprised what they offer for less than big box imitators.

      The treadmill I bought has an issue where it stops, accelerates and slows randomly. The company put out a recall offering to update the software but this didnt fix the problem for many of us. The product is faulty by their own admission and they will not replace the machine.

      Treadmill squeaked on install. Tried to get tech out for months and still never sent one out and now outside of warranty.

      I bought a CXC Indoor Training Cycle with a CXC LCD Console for $3,044 for my wife for Christmas 2023. The bike is well made but the console is mediocre at best. It displays pedal RPM and heart rate but does not show bike speed as virtually all exercise bikes do. The representatives at Johnson Fitness inform me that no other console works with this bike. It would cost me a 25 percent restocking fee (~$760) to return it, so that's not a realistic option.

      I am shocked at the level of rudeness and unfriendliness I encountered from this business. All i did was email them to introduce myself and inquire about becoming a vendor. ****, a manager from the ******* location, responded to the email telling me not to email again because theyre not interested in my product and its spam that clogs their inbox. I literally wrote them 1 email and i was very polite and respectful. How is that spam? And how is a first time vendor supposed to know where to apply. This was a really ugly experience that i hope never to encounter again.

      This massager is hands down the best massager I have ever used. My sister has one and told me to try it. I tried the massager and I couldnt believe the amazing technique this massager uses to loosen my tight muscles. I thought I had died and gone to heaven. I dont just use it on my neck, I use it all the way down my back. The muscles in my neck are very tight, this massager works miracles. Amazing product!! It is designed with comfortable arm holders to allow you to still use your hands while you get a massage. The massager is wireless so you can use it anywhere. It has three levels of intensity and heat if you desire to use it. When the battery dies, plug it in and it will charge very quickly. I cant say enough good about this product. Go buy one, you wont regret this purchase. ************ in the ************* store was great to work with!

      I bought an A30 Elliptical machine from Johnson Fitness. The salesperson was good and the delivery was prompt close to the date promised. The heart-rate monitor on the machine did not work properly. I did get a service tech to come out, but the repair was not effective. I am still waiting for a return of a service tech to repair or replace the heart rate sensor. To be fair, other than the heart rate sensor, the machine works well. However, when paying this amount of money, $3500, one expects that everything on the machine will work properly and that the service will be good. At the present, I am waiting and waiting for a return service call. If I get the problem resolved satisfactorily I will upgrade this review.

      I thought I’d share this about My experience with JOHNSON FITNESS… I highly suggest you avoid Johnson Fitness stores and fitness Equipment as a whole. I don’t suggest you buy anything manufactured by them under any other names such as “Matrix” (there many other brand names that are Johnson items when you “look under the hood”). They ABSOLUTELY DO NOT STAND BY THE PRODUCTS THEY MANUFACTURE AND SELL! This has been my experience as I have been in a battle with them for over a year regarding a piece of equipment that has not worked correctly since day one. I have had 3 different service people to our house 5 times in a year plus, having replaced multiple parts and numerous software updates that have never resolved the issue (mind you, the service calls started at day 1, the item we purchased for an overpriced $3K and has NEVER WORKED CORRECTLY!!). Each time they have come to service the item, i am told it is now fine and working only to find out after a few days, it does not work correctly. I mean $3k for a product that does not come on correctly (you have to switch it off and reboot every time), locks up while using, monitors do not work, multiple inconveniences during COVID with service persons and now the motor does not run even though we start the program. I bought it because it was to be the most reliable brand. After they flamed every other less expensive brand out there. I’ve had other treadmills for a lot less $$ and they have been rock solid with no issues. (Sure wish I would’ve just moved my old one with me when I moved south. It never let me down.) They refuse to take the item back and refund the money that was paid. This product has been and clearly is a lemon! The salesperson (mind you AFTER the sale and my full payment) has informed me “corporate” won’t do anything and you’re stuck with the item. I have done everything they have asked to no avail and now I am told that it’s been over year so “we’re not going to do anything”. IT’S BEEN OVER A YEAR

      I ordered an Echelon Stride treadmill and paid $200 for full delivery and installation. Delivery guys show up, and told me the order was drop off only. In the end, after telling me I would have to sort it out with the company and that they would not be compensated for the service if they did it, they got the treadmill out of the box and took the box away. I completed installation and set up because I did not think it would be fair to allow them to do any more work that they would not be compensated for. I sent an email to the companys customer service email and the next day was told that they were working on processing a refund for me. Well a week later I had no further information and no refund. When I emailed to follow up, the fitness consultant started talking about a replacement unit I supposedly requested. So I had to explain the situation again regarding my issue with services not rendered. And the consultant insisted I had asked someone else for a replacement unit. When I told him absolutely not and that I had only ever spoken to him, he started saying that the delivery guys had completed installation of the treadmill and I was not entitled to a refund. I completed the installation. Not the delivery people. And the fitness consultant was the one who offered the refund in the first place and said he was working on it. Only to later backtrack and state that he was only naming a possible solution.There is something very corrupt and backward going on here. I would never trust this company with my money again.
