In order to obtain a refund or exchange, prior approval must be given and you must have Return Authorization #. Call 715.720.4719 (8AM-4PM, CST, Monday through Friday).
Refunds are for the cost of product only; shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
At Lumberjack’s sole discretion, we may impose a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee on items returned.
We reserve the right to dispute the request for any reason.
