Secondary to ongoing poor service by this cleaning company, I cancelled my service on February 13, 2023 and requested that my house key be returned. I received an envelope in the mail with no house key and no holes in the envelope. I contacted the company immediately by email and received the emailed response that my key was no longer on the key tag they had and was not on the manager's desk. They have chosen not to respond to my subsequent emails and voicemails. Concerned about the safety of my family with such a company, I changed the lock on my door and requested reimbursement for the cost of the replacement lock which I bought used to save money. I sent a copy of my receipt and called and emailed repeatedly with no response from them. They claim to be insured and I offered to provide more information if they needed it for their insurance company. No response from them. Of note, I am only seeking reimbursement for the cost of the lock, $79.36, since I saved money by doing the replacement myself. Below is a copy of the Amazon invoice sent to The Cleaning Authority.
