    In April I had service installed in my apartment. I fell behind on my bill and they shut me off. They wanted $78.00. I only had 60.00 available but they wouldn't work with me. My service was supposed to be $55.00/month. For 1 thing I don't understand how it came to almost $70.00/month. I cancelled my service. I told them to backdate it to when they shut me off. My bill was not reduced. How can these people keep billing you when you are shut off? The power company doesn't bill you while you're shut off. How can my service be active when I'm shut off? I received an email saying I received a response to the ****** review I gave them. I did call and I was supposed to receive a call back to set things right. As of Friday August 9th they haven't returned the call. I will contact them again on Monday but this is ridiculous!
