WebTron-X will issue a refund for items purchased from the website within 30 days from the date the shipping company shows your package was received. In order to receive a refund the item must be in the same condition that it was when the company shipped it. A 20% restocking fee and deduction of shipping fees may apply.
10 meter radios are only allowed to be returned/exchanged through the manufacturer per FCC law.
