As a ***** Deer resident and local business owner, I went out of my way to find a local ***** ************ to support when our company and residential address needed seal coating. I was pleased with my first interactions with ******** and the job he and his crew did seal coating our car dealership. I was not pleased however when he did not complete the task as agreed. In addition to seal coating the lot at ******************************** Road, ******** noted he would be back to fill in rough spots at **** and seal coat a residential address at ******************* in ***** Deer. With this kind of work, I understand we have to be patient with weather, etc. Please see the series of text message exchanges where ******** notes he will be paving the driveway after rescheduling a couple of times on 9/8 throwing in commercial hot crack filler, etc. Foolishly, I did give him full payment totaling $4200 on 9/7/2021 before the job was 100% completed as agreed. Again as a fellow business owner, I trusted him. Unfortunately he has not been receptive to texts or phone calls asking for the completion of the residential driveway and filling of rough spots at the *********************************************************************************************************************************** the right. He did not respond. At this point, I would accept an adjustment so I can pay another company to complete the residential address or he is welcome to complete the job himself - seal coating **** and filling the rough spots at ****.
