      Apex replaced all the windows in our house and 2 sliding doors. We noticed one of the windows was leaking a year ago and have struggled to get them to help us with it. They keep stalling or trying to blame others.

      GREAT PRODUCT…GREAT INSTALLATION…GREAT SERVICE… The installation of my new windows and entry doors in spring of 2023 was an impressive experience. Every single member of the team (sales, measuring, color recommendations and installation) had expertise to offer and guidance on my decision. Installation day went so quickly and easily! After installation, when I changed my mind on the entry door hardware, they accommodated my request and ordered it and had it installed very quickly. You never really know how great a company is until you have a problem and experience their customer service following the installation. When I had a problem with one of my windows (basically my fault when I was cleaning it) I contacted Apex for service. A very capable service man contacted me that afternoon was out the next morning and in quick order had the problem resolved. For two years I’ve been enjoying the tremendous energy savings these new entry doors and windows provide. After my window experience, I have the confidence that if I need Apex in the future, they will be there to keep these beautiful windows and doors in perfect working order for as long as I own this home and beyond. That kind of homeownership piece of mind is priceless!
