- Additional Info:It has come to BBB's attention that TruVista made the decision to stop operations at the end of September 2024. According to their website:
"During October, the dissolution of the business will begin. TruVista intends to pay its outstanding labor obligations and refund all customer deposits for projects that have not yet begun. For those customers whose projects are largely complete but have minor issues remaining, TruVista regrets to inform you that it may not have the ability to complete those remaining items or refund any money.
To the extent that TruVista is able to cover all of those expenses and has any remaining funds available, those remaining funds will be paid to any unsecured creditors on a pro rata basis. We are quite sorry that TruVista is in this position, but it is the position in which the company finds itself nonetheless.
We are directly contacting affected customers via email to provide notice as well as additional information, however, if you don't receive an email, or if you have any questions please feel free to email us at [email protected]"
