There is a woman that works there, I think she might be the owner. Not a good business for her personality. She should not be interacting with any customers. We called for a quote on our vacuum repair and she said you have to bring it in for them to quote on it. We drove all the way to the store and were told the quote would cost us $40. She would not quote it without the $40. Then she proceeded to say "we are sick and tired of giving free information to YOU people....she said for us to take our Miele back to the big box store." All we wanted was a repair quote, not HOW to fix it. If she could have easily have told us before we drove all the way out there there was a $40 fee and if we did not buy it at their store, they don't want to fix it. On my way out she screamed at my husband (who was very polite the entire time) - "go **** yourself"! If you want trailer trash talk, go there.

Your husband was not polite the entire time & was even rude on the phone. We cannot work up an estimate over the phone without seeing the vacuum. It is true that a lot of big box store customers don't want to pay us for our wisdom & labor and that they try to use us for free information so then they can go to Amazon, etc. Our wisdom & labor is worth something! Wow, I'm trailer trash because I don't have a $1000 Apple iPhone on a holster on my belt...real polite. You never even came into the store & your husband parked in the wrong parking lot about 40 yards away. It is true that we need to be paid for our labor especially since you don't support small businesses (except when you want free information preferably over the phone so then you can make the purchase online). Btw, the reason you had to drive "all the way to the store" is probably because the vacuum shop that was closest to your house went out of business because you bought your vacuum at a big box store. We do sometimes feel frustrated especially with very mature people that throw temper tantrums & should know better.

All I have to say is the other previous customers on BBB and Yelp are all saying the same thing - seems like the majority have the vote. You should not pre-judge people by what they wear (iPhones) - or by their vacuum cleaner bag contents (I read you doing that in other reviews), nor ASSUME they bought their vacuum cleaner at a big box store (which we did not). I am certainly glad we did not park in front of your store, or we would have bene pre-judged by the vehicle we drove too. You also should not swear at your customers - at least if you want to stay in business.
